定壓補水裝置用于生產、消防、生活系統加壓供水,一般稱之為囊(nang)式自(zi)動給水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)裝置。用于采暖(nuan)、空調(diao)系(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)中(zhong)(zhong)作為穩壓(ya)(ya)(ya)膨脹補(bu)(bu)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)設備使用,一般稱之為囊(nang)式落(luo)地式膨脹水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)箱(xiang)(xiang)。設備在初(chu)始運行時(shi)首先啟動補(bu)(bu)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)泵(beng)向系(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)及氣壓(ya)(ya)(ya)罐(guan)內(nei)(nei)的(de)(de)(de)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)室(shi)中(zhong)(zhong)充(chong)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui),系(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)充(chong)滿(man)后多余的(de)(de)(de)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)被(bei)擠進膠囊(nang)內(nei)(nei)。因為水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)的(de)(de)(de)不(bu)(bu)可壓(ya)(ya)(ya)縮性,隨(sui)著水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)量的(de)(de)(de)不(bu)(bu)斷(duan)增加,水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)室(shi)的(de)(de)(de)體積也(ye)不(bu)(bu)斷(duan)的(de)(de)(de)擴大而(er)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)縮氣室(shi),罐(guan)內(nei)(nei)的(de)(de)(de)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)力(li)(li)(li)也(ye)不(bu)(bu)斷(duan)的(de)(de)(de)升高(gao)(gao)。當壓(ya)(ya)(ya)力(li)(li)(li)達到設計壓(ya)(ya)(ya)力(li)(li)(li)時(shi),通過(guo)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)力(li)(li)(li)控(kong)制器使補(bu)(bu)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)泵(beng)關閉。當系(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)內(nei)(nei)的(de)(de)(de)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)受熱膨脹使系(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)力(li)(li)(li)升高(gao)(gao)超過(guo)設計壓(ya)(ya)(ya)力(li)(li)(li)時(shi),多余的(de)(de)(de)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)通過(guo)安全閥排至(zhi)補(bu)(bu)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)箱(xiang)(xiang)循環使用,當系(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)中(zhong)(zhong)的(de)(de)(de)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)由于泄露(lu)或溫度下(xia)降而(er)體積縮小,系(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)力(li)(li)(li)降低(di)時(shi),膠囊(nang)中(zhong)(zhong)的(de)(de)(de)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)被(bei)不(bu)(bu)斷(duan)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)入管網補(bu)(bu)充(chong)系(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)的(de)(de)(de)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)降損失,當系(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)力(li)(li)(li)至(zhi)設計允(yun)許的(de)(de)(de)zui低(di)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)力(li)(li)(li)時(shi),通過(guo)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)力(li)(li)(li)控(kong)制器使補(bu)(bu)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)泵(beng)重新(xin)啟動向管網及氣壓(ya)(ya)(ya)罐(guan)內(nei)(nei)補(bu)(bu)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui),如此周而(er)復始。

遠(yuan)傳控制:機組控制柜可與樓宇自(zi)控系統(tong)連接,遠(yuan)程控制補(bu)(bu)水(shui)泵(beng)的(de)啟停,并通過每臺補(bu)(bu)水(shui)泵(beng)岀口設置的(de)水(shui)流開(kai)關,檢測補(bu)(bu)水(shui)泵(beng)的(de)運行(xing)狀態。
