定壓補水裝置設備安全可靠采用系統靜壓作為膨脹水箱內的設計初始壓力水(shui)(shui)頭(tou),采用保證系統(tong)內熱(re)水(shui)(shui)不汽(qi)化的壓力作為(wei)膨脹水(shui)(shui)箱內動行(xing)終端(duan)壓力水(shui)(shui)頭(tou)。
定壓補水裝置用于生產、消防、生活系統加壓供水,一般稱之為(wei)囊(nang)式自動給水(shui)裝置。用于采暖(nuan)、空(kong)調系(xi)統(tong)中作(zuo)為(wei)穩壓(ya)(ya)(ya)膨(peng)脹補水(shui)設備使用,一般稱之為(wei)囊(nang)式落(luo)地式膨(peng)脹水(shui)箱(xiang)。設備在初始(shi)運行時(shi)首先(xian)啟動補水(shui)泵(beng)向系(xi)統(tong)及(ji)氣壓(ya)(ya)(ya)罐(guan)內(nei)的(de)(de)(de)水(shui)室(shi)中充水(shui),系(xi)統(tong)充滿后多余的(de)(de)(de)水(shui)被(bei)擠進膠囊(nang)內(nei)。因為(wei)水(shui)的(de)(de)(de)不可壓(ya)(ya)(ya)縮性,隨著(zhu)水(shui)量的(de)(de)(de)不斷(duan)增加,水(shui)室(shi)的(de)(de)(de)體(ti)積也(ye)不斷(duan)的(de)(de)(de)擴(kuo)大而(er)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)縮氣室(shi),罐(guan)內(nei)的(de)(de)(de)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)力(li)(li)也(ye)不斷(duan)的(de)(de)(de)升(sheng)高。當(dang)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)力(li)(li)達到設計(ji)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)力(li)(li)時(shi),通(tong)(tong)過(guo)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)力(li)(li)控(kong)制器(qi)使補水(shui)泵(beng)關閉。當(dang)系(xi)統(tong)內(nei)的(de)(de)(de)水(shui)受(shou)熱(re)膨(peng)脹使系(xi)統(tong)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)力(li)(li)升(sheng)高超過(guo)設計(ji)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)力(li)(li)時(shi),多余的(de)(de)(de)水(shui)通(tong)(tong)過(guo)安全閥排至(zhi)補水(shui)箱(xiang)循(xun)環使用,當(dang)系(xi)統(tong)中的(de)(de)(de)水(shui)由于泄露或溫度(du)下降而(er)體(ti)積縮小,系(xi)統(tong)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)力(li)(li)降低時(shi),膠囊(nang)中的(de)(de)(de)水(shui)被(bei)不斷(duan)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)入(ru)管(guan)網(wang)補充系(xi)統(tong)的(de)(de)(de)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)降損失(shi),當(dang)系(xi)統(tong)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)力(li)(li)至(zhi)設計(ji)允許(xu)的(de)(de)(de)zui低壓(ya)(ya)(ya)力(li)(li)時(shi),通(tong)(tong)過(guo)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)力(li)(li)控(kong)制器(qi)使補水(shui)泵(beng)重新(xin)啟動向管(guan)網(wang)及(ji)氣壓(ya)(ya)(ya)罐(guan)內(nei)補水(shui),如(ru)此周而(er)復始(shi)。

遠傳控(kong)制(zhi):機(ji)組控(kong)制(zhi)柜可與樓(lou)宇自(zi)控(kong)系統連(lian)接,遠程控(kong)制(zhi)補水(shui)泵(beng)的啟停,并通(tong)過每臺補水(shui)泵(beng)岀(chu)口(kou)設置(zhi)的水(shui)流開(kai)關,檢(jian)測補水(shui)泵(beng)的運(yun)行狀態。
