定壓補水裝置設備安全可靠采用系統靜壓作為膨脹水箱內的(de)(de)設計初始(shi)壓力(li)水頭(tou),采用保(bao)證系統內熱水不汽化(hua)的(de)(de)壓力(li)作為(wei)膨脹水箱內動行終端壓力(li)水頭(tou)。
定壓補水裝置用于生產、消防、生活系統加壓供水,一般稱之為囊式(shi)自動(dong)給水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)裝(zhuang)置。用于(yu)采暖(nuan)、空(kong)調系(xi)統(tong)(tong)中(zhong)(zhong)作(zuo)為穩(wen)壓(ya)膨(peng)脹(zhang)補(bu)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)設(she)備使(shi)(shi)用,一(yi)般稱之為囊式(shi)落地式(shi)膨(peng)脹(zhang)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)箱。設(she)備在(zai)初始(shi)運行時首先啟動(dong)補(bu)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)泵向系(xi)統(tong)(tong)及(ji)氣壓(ya)罐內的(de)(de)(de)(de)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)室中(zhong)(zhong)充水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui),系(xi)統(tong)(tong)充滿后多余(yu)的(de)(de)(de)(de)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)被擠進(jin)膠囊內。因為水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)的(de)(de)(de)(de)不(bu)可(ke)壓(ya)縮性,隨著(zhu)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)量的(de)(de)(de)(de)不(bu)斷(duan)增(zeng)加,水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)室的(de)(de)(de)(de)體積也(ye)不(bu)斷(duan)的(de)(de)(de)(de)擴大而壓(ya)縮氣室,罐內的(de)(de)(de)(de)壓(ya)力(li)(li)也(ye)不(bu)斷(duan)的(de)(de)(de)(de)升高(gao)。當壓(ya)力(li)(li)達到(dao)設(she)計壓(ya)力(li)(li)時,通(tong)過壓(ya)力(li)(li)控制(zhi)器使(shi)(shi)補(bu)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)泵關閉。當系(xi)統(tong)(tong)內的(de)(de)(de)(de)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)受(shou)熱膨(peng)脹(zhang)使(shi)(shi)系(xi)統(tong)(tong)壓(ya)力(li)(li)升高(gao)超(chao)過設(she)計壓(ya)力(li)(li)時,多余(yu)的(de)(de)(de)(de)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)通(tong)過安全閥排至補(bu)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)箱循環使(shi)(shi)用,當系(xi)統(tong)(tong)中(zhong)(zhong)的(de)(de)(de)(de)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)由于(yu)泄露或溫度下降而體積縮小(xiao),系(xi)統(tong)(tong)壓(ya)力(li)(li)降低(di)時,膠囊中(zhong)(zhong)的(de)(de)(de)(de)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)被不(bu)斷(duan)壓(ya)入管網(wang)補(bu)充系(xi)統(tong)(tong)的(de)(de)(de)(de)壓(ya)降損失(shi),當系(xi)統(tong)(tong)壓(ya)力(li)(li)至設(she)計允(yun)許的(de)(de)(de)(de)zui低(di)壓(ya)力(li)(li)時,通(tong)過壓(ya)力(li)(li)控制(zhi)器使(shi)(shi)補(bu)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)泵重新啟動(dong)向管網(wang)及(ji)氣壓(ya)罐內補(bu)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui),如此周(zhou)而復(fu)始(shi)。
