定壓補水裝置設備安全可靠采用系統靜壓作為膨脹水箱內的(de)(de)設計初始壓力(li)水頭(tou),采用保證系統(tong)內熱水不汽化的(de)(de)壓力(li)作為(wei)膨脹水箱內動行(xing)終端壓力(li)水頭(tou)。
定壓補水裝置用于生產、消防、生活系統加壓供水,一般稱之為囊式自動(dong)(dong)(dong)給水(shui)(shui)(shui)裝置(zhi)。用于采暖、空調系(xi)(xi)(xi)統(tong)中作為穩壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)膨(peng)脹(zhang)補(bu)水(shui)(shui)(shui)設(she)備(bei)使(shi)(shi)用,一般稱(cheng)之為囊式落地式膨(peng)脹(zhang)水(shui)(shui)(shui)箱。設(she)備(bei)在(zai)初始運行時(shi)(shi)首先啟動(dong)(dong)(dong)補(bu)水(shui)(shui)(shui)泵向系(xi)(xi)(xi)統(tong)及(ji)氣壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)罐內(nei)的(de)(de)(de)(de)水(shui)(shui)(shui)室中充水(shui)(shui)(shui),系(xi)(xi)(xi)統(tong)充滿(man)后多余(yu)的(de)(de)(de)(de)水(shui)(shui)(shui)被擠進膠囊內(nei)。因為水(shui)(shui)(shui)的(de)(de)(de)(de)不(bu)可(ke)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)縮性(xing),隨著(zhu)水(shui)(shui)(shui)量的(de)(de)(de)(de)不(bu)斷增加,水(shui)(shui)(shui)室的(de)(de)(de)(de)體(ti)積也(ye)不(bu)斷的(de)(de)(de)(de)擴大而壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)縮氣室,罐內(nei)的(de)(de)(de)(de)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)力(li)(li)也(ye)不(bu)斷的(de)(de)(de)(de)升高(gao)。當壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)力(li)(li)達(da)到設(she)計(ji)(ji)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)力(li)(li)時(shi)(shi),通過(guo)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)力(li)(li)控(kong)制器使(shi)(shi)補(bu)水(shui)(shui)(shui)泵關閉。當系(xi)(xi)(xi)統(tong)內(nei)的(de)(de)(de)(de)水(shui)(shui)(shui)受熱(re)膨(peng)脹(zhang)使(shi)(shi)系(xi)(xi)(xi)統(tong)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)力(li)(li)升高(gao)超過(guo)設(she)計(ji)(ji)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)力(li)(li)時(shi)(shi),多余(yu)的(de)(de)(de)(de)水(shui)(shui)(shui)通過(guo)安全閥排至(zhi)(zhi)補(bu)水(shui)(shui)(shui)箱循(xun)環使(shi)(shi)用,當系(xi)(xi)(xi)統(tong)中的(de)(de)(de)(de)水(shui)(shui)(shui)由于泄露或溫度下降而體(ti)積縮小,系(xi)(xi)(xi)統(tong)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)力(li)(li)降低時(shi)(shi),膠囊中的(de)(de)(de)(de)水(shui)(shui)(shui)被不(bu)斷壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)入管(guan)網補(bu)充系(xi)(xi)(xi)統(tong)的(de)(de)(de)(de)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)降損失,當系(xi)(xi)(xi)統(tong)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)力(li)(li)至(zhi)(zhi)設(she)計(ji)(ji)允許(xu)的(de)(de)(de)(de)zui低壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)力(li)(li)時(shi)(shi),通過(guo)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)力(li)(li)控(kong)制器使(shi)(shi)補(bu)水(shui)(shui)(shui)泵重新啟動(dong)(dong)(dong)向管(guan)網及(ji)氣壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)罐內(nei)補(bu)水(shui)(shui)(shui),如此(ci)周而復始。

遠傳控(kong)制(zhi):機組(zu)控(kong)制(zhi)柜(ju)可與樓宇自控(kong)系統連接,遠程控(kong)制(zhi)補水泵(beng)的啟停,并通過(guo)每(mei)臺(tai)補水泵(beng)岀(chu)口設置的水流(liu)開關,檢測補水泵(beng)的運行狀態。
