定壓補水裝置用于生產、消防、生活系統加壓供水,一般稱之為囊(nang)式(shi)自(zi)動(dong)給水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)裝置。用(yong)于(yu)(yu)采(cai)暖、空調系(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)中作為穩壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)膨(peng)(peng)脹(zhang)補水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)設(she)(she)備使(shi)(shi)用(yong),一般稱之為囊(nang)式(shi)落地式(shi)膨(peng)(peng)脹(zhang)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)箱。設(she)(she)備在初始(shi)運行時首先啟(qi)動(dong)補水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)泵向(xiang)系(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)及氣(qi)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)罐內(nei)(nei)的(de)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)室(shi)(shi)中充(chong)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui),系(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)充(chong)滿(man)后(hou)多(duo)余的(de)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)被(bei)(bei)擠進膠(jiao)囊(nang)內(nei)(nei)。因為水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)的(de)不可壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)縮性,隨著水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)量的(de)不斷增加,水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)室(shi)(shi)的(de)體積(ji)也不斷的(de)擴大而壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)縮氣(qi)室(shi)(shi),罐內(nei)(nei)的(de)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)力也不斷的(de)升(sheng)高(gao)(gao)。當(dang)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)力達到設(she)(she)計(ji)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)力時,通過壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)力控制(zhi)(zhi)器使(shi)(shi)補水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)泵關閉。當(dang)系(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)內(nei)(nei)的(de)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)受熱膨(peng)(peng)脹(zhang)使(shi)(shi)系(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)力升(sheng)高(gao)(gao)超過設(she)(she)計(ji)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)力時,多(duo)余的(de)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)通過安全閥排至補水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)箱循環(huan)使(shi)(shi)用(yong),當(dang)系(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)中的(de)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)由于(yu)(yu)泄露或(huo)溫度下降(jiang)而體積(ji)縮小,系(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)力降(jiang)低時,膠(jiao)囊(nang)中的(de)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)被(bei)(bei)不斷壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)入管網補充(chong)系(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)的(de)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)降(jiang)損失(shi),當(dang)系(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)力至設(she)(she)計(ji)允許的(de)zui低壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)力時,通過壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)力控制(zhi)(zhi)器使(shi)(shi)補水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)泵重新(xin)啟(qi)動(dong)向(xiang)管網及氣(qi)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)罐內(nei)(nei)補水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui),如此周而復始(shi)。

遠(yuan)傳控制(zhi)(zhi):機組控制(zhi)(zhi)柜可與(yu)樓宇自控系(xi)統連接,遠(yuan)程控制(zhi)(zhi)補水泵(beng)(beng)的(de)啟停,并(bing)通過每(mei)臺(tai)補水泵(beng)(beng)岀口設置的(de)水流開關,檢(jian)測補水泵(beng)(beng)的(de)運行狀態。
