定壓補水裝置設備安全可靠采用系統靜壓作為膨脹水箱內(nei)的設計(ji)初始壓(ya)力水(shui)頭,采(cai)用保(bao)證(zheng)系統內(nei)熱水(shui)不汽化的壓(ya)力作為膨脹水(shui)箱內(nei)動行終端壓(ya)力水(shui)頭。
定壓補水裝置用于生產、消防、生活系統加壓供水,一般稱之為(wei)囊(nang)式(shi)自動(dong)給水(shui)(shui)(shui)裝置。用于(yu)采暖(nuan)、空調(diao)系(xi)(xi)(xi)統(tong)中作為(wei)穩壓(ya)膨脹補水(shui)(shui)(shui)設(she)(she)備(bei)使(shi)(shi)用,一般稱之為(wei)囊(nang)式(shi)落(luo)地式(shi)膨脹水(shui)(shui)(shui)箱。設(she)(she)備(bei)在初始運行時(shi)首先啟動(dong)補水(shui)(shui)(shui)泵向系(xi)(xi)(xi)統(tong)及氣壓(ya)罐(guan)(guan)內(nei)(nei)的水(shui)(shui)(shui)室(shi)(shi)(shi)中充(chong)水(shui)(shui)(shui),系(xi)(xi)(xi)統(tong)充(chong)滿后多余的水(shui)(shui)(shui)被(bei)擠(ji)進膠囊(nang)內(nei)(nei)。因為(wei)水(shui)(shui)(shui)的不(bu)可(ke)壓(ya)縮(suo)性(xing),隨(sui)著(zhu)水(shui)(shui)(shui)量(liang)的不(bu)斷(duan)增加,水(shui)(shui)(shui)室(shi)(shi)(shi)的體(ti)積(ji)也不(bu)斷(duan)的擴大而壓(ya)縮(suo)氣室(shi)(shi)(shi),罐(guan)(guan)內(nei)(nei)的壓(ya)力(li)也不(bu)斷(duan)的升高(gao)(gao)。當(dang)壓(ya)力(li)達(da)到(dao)設(she)(she)計壓(ya)力(li)時(shi),通(tong)過壓(ya)力(li)控(kong)制器使(shi)(shi)補水(shui)(shui)(shui)泵關閉。當(dang)系(xi)(xi)(xi)統(tong)內(nei)(nei)的水(shui)(shui)(shui)受熱膨脹使(shi)(shi)系(xi)(xi)(xi)統(tong)壓(ya)力(li)升高(gao)(gao)超過設(she)(she)計壓(ya)力(li)時(shi),多余的水(shui)(shui)(shui)通(tong)過安全閥排至(zhi)(zhi)補水(shui)(shui)(shui)箱循(xun)環使(shi)(shi)用,當(dang)系(xi)(xi)(xi)統(tong)中的水(shui)(shui)(shui)由(you)于(yu)泄(xie)露或溫度下降而體(ti)積(ji)縮(suo)小,系(xi)(xi)(xi)統(tong)壓(ya)力(li)降低時(shi),膠囊(nang)中的水(shui)(shui)(shui)被(bei)不(bu)斷(duan)壓(ya)入管網補充(chong)系(xi)(xi)(xi)統(tong)的壓(ya)降損(sun)失,當(dang)系(xi)(xi)(xi)統(tong)壓(ya)力(li)至(zhi)(zhi)設(she)(she)計允許的zui低壓(ya)力(li)時(shi),通(tong)過壓(ya)力(li)控(kong)制器使(shi)(shi)補水(shui)(shui)(shui)泵重新啟動(dong)向管網及氣壓(ya)罐(guan)(guan)內(nei)(nei)補水(shui)(shui)(shui),如此周而復始。

遠(yuan)傳(chuan)控(kong)制:機組控(kong)制柜可與樓宇自控(kong)系統連接,遠(yuan)程控(kong)制補水泵的啟停,并通過每臺補水泵岀(chu)口設置的水流開(kai)關,檢測補水泵的運行狀態。
