膨脹罐介紹:
膨脹罐用(yong)(yong)于系(xi)統(tong)(tong)中起緩(huan)沖壓(ya)力波動及部分給水(shui)(shui)(shui)的作用(yong)(yong),在熱力系(xi)統(tong)(tong)中主(zhu)要是用(yong)(yong)來(lai)吸收工作介質(zhi)因溫度變化增加的那(nei)部分體積;在供水(shui)(shui)(shui)系(xi)統(tong)(tong)中主(zhu)要用(yong)(yong)來(lai)吸收系(xi)統(tong)(tong)因閥門(men)、水(shui)(shui)(shui)泵等(deng)開和關所(suo)引起的水(shui)(shui)(shui)錘沖擊,以及夜(ye)間少量補水(shui)(shui)(shui)使(shi)供水(shui)(shui)(shui)系(xi)統(tong)(tong)主(zhu)泵休眠從(cong)而減(jian)少用(yong)(yong)電,延長水(shui)(shui)(shui)泵使(shi)用(yong)(yong)壽(shou)命。
膨(peng)脹罐(guan)—由罐(guan)體(ti)(ti)、氣(qi)(qi)(qi)囊、進/出水(shui)口及補氣(qi)(qi)(qi)口四部份組成(cheng)。罐(guan)體(ti)(ti)一般(ban)為碳鋼材質(zhi),外面是防銹烤漆層;氣(qi)(qi)(qi)囊為EPDM環(huan)保橡膠;氣(qi)(qi)(qi)囊與(yu)罐(guan)體(ti)(ti)之間的(de)預充氣(qi)(qi)(qi)體(ti)(ti)出廠時已充好,無須自己加氣(qi)(qi)(qi)。
膨(peng)(peng)脹(zhang)罐(guan)工(gong)作(zuo)原理:當外界有(you)壓(ya)(ya)力的(de)(de)水(shui)進(jin)入膨(peng)(peng)脹(zhang)罐(guan)氣(qi)(qi)囊內時(shi)(shi),密封(feng)在罐(guan)內的(de)(de)氮氣(qi)(qi)被壓(ya)(ya)縮(suo),根據波義耳氣(qi)(qi)體(ti)定律,氣(qi)(qi)體(ti)受到(dao)壓(ya)(ya)縮(suo)后體(ti)積變(bian)小壓(ya)(ya)力升高(gao),直到(dao)膨(peng)(peng)脹(zhang)罐(guan)內氣(qi)(qi)體(ti)壓(ya)(ya)力與(yu)水(shui)的(de)(de)壓(ya)(ya)力達到(dao)一(yi)致時(shi)(shi)停止進(jin)水(shui)。當水(shui)流(liu)失(shi)壓(ya)(ya)力減低時(shi)(shi)膨(peng)(peng)脹(zhang)罐(guan)內氣(qi)(qi)體(ti)壓(ya)(ya)力大于水(shui)的(de)(de)壓(ya)(ya)力,此時(shi)(shi)氣(qi)(qi)體(ti)膨(peng)(peng)脹(zhang)將氣(qi)(qi)囊內的(de)(de)水(shui)擠出補到(dao)系統,直到(dao)氣(qi)(qi)體(ti)壓(ya)(ya)力與(yu)水(shui)的(de)(de)壓(ya)(ya)力再(zai)次達到(dao)一(yi)致時(shi)(shi)停止排水(shui)。
