定壓補水裝置設備安全可靠采用系統靜壓作為膨脹水箱內的設(she)計初始壓力(li)水頭,采(cai)用(yong)保證(zheng)系統內熱水不汽化的壓力(li)作為膨脹水箱(xiang)內動(dong)行終端(duan)壓力(li)水頭。
定壓補水裝置用于生產、消防、生活系統加壓供水,一般稱之為(wei)囊(nang)式自動給水(shui)(shui)裝置。用(yong)于采(cai)暖(nuan)、空調系統(tong)(tong)(tong)中(zhong)作為(wei)穩壓(ya)(ya)膨(peng)脹(zhang)補(bu)水(shui)(shui)設備使用(yong),一般稱之為(wei)囊(nang)式落地式膨(peng)脹(zhang)水(shui)(shui)箱。設備在初始運行(xing)時(shi)(shi)首先啟動補(bu)水(shui)(shui)泵(beng)向系統(tong)(tong)(tong)及氣(qi)壓(ya)(ya)罐內(nei)的(de)(de)(de)(de)水(shui)(shui)室中(zhong)充水(shui)(shui),系統(tong)(tong)(tong)充滿后多(duo)余(yu)的(de)(de)(de)(de)水(shui)(shui)被擠進膠囊(nang)內(nei)。因為(wei)水(shui)(shui)的(de)(de)(de)(de)不(bu)可(ke)壓(ya)(ya)縮(suo)性(xing),隨著(zhu)水(shui)(shui)量(liang)的(de)(de)(de)(de)不(bu)斷(duan)增加(jia),水(shui)(shui)室的(de)(de)(de)(de)體積也(ye)不(bu)斷(duan)的(de)(de)(de)(de)擴(kuo)大而壓(ya)(ya)縮(suo)氣(qi)室,罐內(nei)的(de)(de)(de)(de)壓(ya)(ya)力(li)也(ye)不(bu)斷(duan)的(de)(de)(de)(de)升高。當壓(ya)(ya)力(li)達到設計壓(ya)(ya)力(li)時(shi)(shi),通過(guo)壓(ya)(ya)力(li)控制(zhi)(zhi)器(qi)使補(bu)水(shui)(shui)泵(beng)關閉。當系統(tong)(tong)(tong)內(nei)的(de)(de)(de)(de)水(shui)(shui)受(shou)熱(re)膨(peng)脹(zhang)使系統(tong)(tong)(tong)壓(ya)(ya)力(li)升高超過(guo)設計壓(ya)(ya)力(li)時(shi)(shi),多(duo)余(yu)的(de)(de)(de)(de)水(shui)(shui)通過(guo)安全閥排(pai)至(zhi)補(bu)水(shui)(shui)箱循環使用(yong),當系統(tong)(tong)(tong)中(zhong)的(de)(de)(de)(de)水(shui)(shui)由于泄露或溫度下降(jiang)而體積縮(suo)小,系統(tong)(tong)(tong)壓(ya)(ya)力(li)降(jiang)低(di)時(shi)(shi),膠囊(nang)中(zhong)的(de)(de)(de)(de)水(shui)(shui)被不(bu)斷(duan)壓(ya)(ya)入管(guan)網(wang)(wang)補(bu)充系統(tong)(tong)(tong)的(de)(de)(de)(de)壓(ya)(ya)降(jiang)損失,當系統(tong)(tong)(tong)壓(ya)(ya)力(li)至(zhi)設計允許的(de)(de)(de)(de)zui低(di)壓(ya)(ya)力(li)時(shi)(shi),通過(guo)壓(ya)(ya)力(li)控制(zhi)(zhi)器(qi)使補(bu)水(shui)(shui)泵(beng)重新啟動向管(guan)網(wang)(wang)及氣(qi)壓(ya)(ya)罐內(nei)補(bu)水(shui)(shui),如此周(zhou)而復始。

遠傳控制:機組控制柜(ju)可(ke)與樓宇(yu)自控系統連接,遠程(cheng)控制補(bu)水(shui)泵(beng)的啟停(ting),并通過每臺補(bu)水(shui)泵(beng)岀口(kou)設置(zhi)的水(shui)流開(kai)關,檢測(ce)補(bu)水(shui)泵(beng)的運行狀態。
