定壓補水裝置用于生產、消防、生活系統加壓供水,一般稱之為囊(nang)(nang)式(shi)自動(dong)給水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)裝置。用(yong)于采(cai)暖、空(kong)調系(xi)(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)中(zhong)(zhong)作為穩壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)膨脹補水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)設備使用(yong),一般稱之為囊(nang)(nang)式(shi)落地式(shi)膨脹水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)箱。設備在初(chu)始(shi)運行時(shi)首(shou)先啟(qi)動(dong)補水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)泵向系(xi)(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)及(ji)氣(qi)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)罐內(nei)的(de)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)室(shi)(shi)中(zhong)(zhong)充(chong)(chong)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui),系(xi)(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)充(chong)(chong)滿后多余的(de)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)被擠(ji)進膠囊(nang)(nang)內(nei)。因為水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)的(de)不(bu)(bu)可壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)縮(suo)性,隨著水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)量的(de)不(bu)(bu)斷增加,水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)室(shi)(shi)的(de)體積也(ye)不(bu)(bu)斷的(de)擴(kuo)大而(er)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)縮(suo)氣(qi)室(shi)(shi),罐內(nei)的(de)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)力(li)(li)(li)(li)也(ye)不(bu)(bu)斷的(de)升(sheng)高(gao)。當(dang)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)力(li)(li)(li)(li)達到設計(ji)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)力(li)(li)(li)(li)時(shi),通過(guo)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)力(li)(li)(li)(li)控制器使補水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)泵關閉。當(dang)系(xi)(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)內(nei)的(de)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)受(shou)熱膨脹使系(xi)(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)力(li)(li)(li)(li)升(sheng)高(gao)超過(guo)設計(ji)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)力(li)(li)(li)(li)時(shi),多余的(de)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)通過(guo)安全閥排至補水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)箱循環(huan)使用(yong),當(dang)系(xi)(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)中(zhong)(zhong)的(de)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)由于泄露或溫度(du)下降而(er)體積縮(suo)小,系(xi)(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)力(li)(li)(li)(li)降低(di)時(shi),膠囊(nang)(nang)中(zhong)(zhong)的(de)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)被不(bu)(bu)斷壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)入(ru)管網補充(chong)(chong)系(xi)(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)的(de)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)降損失,當(dang)系(xi)(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)力(li)(li)(li)(li)至設計(ji)允許的(de)zui低(di)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)力(li)(li)(li)(li)時(shi),通過(guo)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)力(li)(li)(li)(li)控制器使補水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)泵重新啟(qi)動(dong)向管網及(ji)氣(qi)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)罐內(nei)補水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui),如(ru)此周(zhou)而(er)復始(shi)。

遠傳控(kong)(kong)制(zhi):機組控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)柜可與樓宇(yu)自控(kong)(kong)系統連接,遠程控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)補(bu)(bu)水泵的啟停,并通過每臺補(bu)(bu)水泵岀口(kou)設置(zhi)的水流開關(guan),檢(jian)測補(bu)(bu)水泵的運行狀態(tai)。
