定壓補水裝置設備安全可靠采用系統靜壓作為膨脹水箱內的設(she)計初始(shi)壓力水(shui)頭,采(cai)用保證系統內熱水(shui)不汽化的壓力作(zuo)為膨脹(zhang)水(shui)箱內動行(xing)終端壓力水(shui)頭。
定壓補水裝置用于生產、消防、生活系統加壓供水,一般稱之為囊式自動給(gei)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)裝(zhuang)置(zhi)。用于(yu)采暖、空調(diao)系統(tong)(tong)中作為穩(wen)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)膨脹補(bu)(bu)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)設備使用,一般稱(cheng)之為囊式落地式膨脹水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)箱(xiang)。設備在初始(shi)(shi)運(yun)行時(shi)首(shou)先啟動補(bu)(bu)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)泵向系統(tong)(tong)及(ji)氣(qi)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)罐內(nei)(nei)(nei)的(de)(de)(de)(de)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)室中充(chong)(chong)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui),系統(tong)(tong)充(chong)(chong)滿后多余的(de)(de)(de)(de)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)被(bei)擠進膠囊內(nei)(nei)(nei)。因為水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)的(de)(de)(de)(de)不(bu)可壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)縮(suo)(suo)性,隨著水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)量的(de)(de)(de)(de)不(bu)斷(duan)(duan)增加,水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)室的(de)(de)(de)(de)體積也(ye)不(bu)斷(duan)(duan)的(de)(de)(de)(de)擴大而(er)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)縮(suo)(suo)氣(qi)室,罐內(nei)(nei)(nei)的(de)(de)(de)(de)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)力(li)也(ye)不(bu)斷(duan)(duan)的(de)(de)(de)(de)升高。當壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)力(li)達到設計(ji)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)力(li)時(shi),通過(guo)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)力(li)控制(zhi)(zhi)器使補(bu)(bu)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)泵關(guan)閉。當系統(tong)(tong)內(nei)(nei)(nei)的(de)(de)(de)(de)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)受熱(re)膨脹使系統(tong)(tong)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)力(li)升高超過(guo)設計(ji)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)力(li)時(shi),多余的(de)(de)(de)(de)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)通過(guo)安全閥排(pai)至補(bu)(bu)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)箱(xiang)循環使用,當系統(tong)(tong)中的(de)(de)(de)(de)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)由于(yu)泄露(lu)或溫度下降而(er)體積縮(suo)(suo)小,系統(tong)(tong)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)力(li)降低時(shi),膠囊中的(de)(de)(de)(de)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)被(bei)不(bu)斷(duan)(duan)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)入管(guan)網補(bu)(bu)充(chong)(chong)系統(tong)(tong)的(de)(de)(de)(de)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)降損(sun)失,當系統(tong)(tong)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)力(li)至設計(ji)允許的(de)(de)(de)(de)zui低壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)力(li)時(shi),通過(guo)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)力(li)控制(zhi)(zhi)器使補(bu)(bu)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)泵重新啟動向管(guan)網及(ji)氣(qi)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)罐內(nei)(nei)(nei)補(bu)(bu)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui),如此周而(er)復始(shi)(shi)。

遠傳控(kong)制(zhi)(zhi):機組控(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)柜可與樓(lou)宇自控(kong)系(xi)統連接,遠程控(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)補水(shui)泵(beng)的啟停(ting),并通(tong)過每臺(tai)補水(shui)泵(beng)岀口設置的水(shui)流(liu)開關,檢測(ce)補水(shui)泵(beng)的運行(xing)狀(zhuang)態。
