定壓補水裝置用于生產、消防、生活系統加壓供水,一般稱之為(wei)(wei)囊式自(zi)動(dong)給(gei)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)裝(zhuang)置。用(yong)(yong)于(yu)采暖、空(kong)調(diao)系(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)中(zhong)(zhong)作為(wei)(wei)穩壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)膨脹補(bu)(bu)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)設(she)(she)備使(shi)(shi)用(yong)(yong),一般(ban)稱之為(wei)(wei)囊式落地式膨脹水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)箱。設(she)(she)備在初始(shi)(shi)運行時(shi)首先啟(qi)動(dong)補(bu)(bu)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)泵向系(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)及氣(qi)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)罐(guan)內(nei)的(de)(de)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)室(shi)中(zhong)(zhong)充水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui),系(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)充滿后多(duo)余的(de)(de)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)被擠(ji)進膠囊內(nei)。因為(wei)(wei)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)的(de)(de)不可壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)縮(suo)(suo)性,隨(sui)著水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)量的(de)(de)不斷(duan)增加,水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)室(shi)的(de)(de)體積(ji)也(ye)不斷(duan)的(de)(de)擴(kuo)大(da)而壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)縮(suo)(suo)氣(qi)室(shi),罐(guan)內(nei)的(de)(de)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)力(li)也(ye)不斷(duan)的(de)(de)升高。當壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)力(li)達到設(she)(she)計(ji)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)力(li)時(shi),通過(guo)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)力(li)控制器使(shi)(shi)補(bu)(bu)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)泵關閉。當系(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)內(nei)的(de)(de)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)受熱膨脹使(shi)(shi)系(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)力(li)升高超過(guo)設(she)(she)計(ji)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)力(li)時(shi),多(duo)余的(de)(de)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)通過(guo)安全閥(fa)排至補(bu)(bu)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)箱循環使(shi)(shi)用(yong)(yong),當系(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)中(zhong)(zhong)的(de)(de)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)由于(yu)泄露或溫度下(xia)降而體積(ji)縮(suo)(suo)小,系(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)力(li)降低(di)時(shi),膠囊中(zhong)(zhong)的(de)(de)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)被不斷(duan)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)入管網補(bu)(bu)充系(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)的(de)(de)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)降損失,當系(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)力(li)至設(she)(she)計(ji)允許的(de)(de)zui低(di)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)力(li)時(shi),通過(guo)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)力(li)控制器使(shi)(shi)補(bu)(bu)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)泵重新啟(qi)動(dong)向管網及氣(qi)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)罐(guan)內(nei)補(bu)(bu)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui),如(ru)此周而復始(shi)(shi)。

遠傳控(kong)制:機組控(kong)制柜可與(yu)樓宇(yu)自控(kong)系統連接,遠程(cheng)控(kong)制補(bu)水(shui)(shui)泵(beng)的啟停,并通過每臺(tai)補(bu)水(shui)(shui)泵(beng)岀口(kou)設(she)置的水(shui)(shui)流(liu)開關,檢(jian)測補(bu)水(shui)(shui)泵(beng)的運行狀態。
