定壓補水裝置用于生產、消防、生活系統加壓供水,一般稱之為(wei)囊式(shi)自動給水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)裝置(zhi)。用(yong)于(yu)采(cai)暖(nuan)、空調系統(tong)中(zhong)作為(wei)穩壓(ya)(ya)(ya)膨脹補(bu)(bu)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)設(she)(she)備使(shi)用(yong),一(yi)般(ban)稱(cheng)之為(wei)囊式(shi)落地(di)式(shi)膨脹水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)箱。設(she)(she)備在初始(shi)運(yun)行時(shi)首先啟動補(bu)(bu)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)泵(beng)向(xiang)系統(tong)及(ji)(ji)氣壓(ya)(ya)(ya)罐內的(de)(de)(de)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)室中(zhong)充(chong)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui),系統(tong)充(chong)滿(man)后多余(yu)的(de)(de)(de)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)被擠進膠囊內。因為(wei)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)的(de)(de)(de)不可壓(ya)(ya)(ya)縮性,隨著水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)量(liang)的(de)(de)(de)不斷(duan)增加,水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)室的(de)(de)(de)體積也不斷(duan)的(de)(de)(de)擴(kuo)大而(er)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)縮氣室,罐內的(de)(de)(de)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)力(li)(li)(li)(li)也不斷(duan)的(de)(de)(de)升(sheng)高。當壓(ya)(ya)(ya)力(li)(li)(li)(li)達到設(she)(she)計(ji)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)力(li)(li)(li)(li)時(shi),通過壓(ya)(ya)(ya)力(li)(li)(li)(li)控制器(qi)使(shi)補(bu)(bu)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)泵(beng)關閉(bi)。當系統(tong)內的(de)(de)(de)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)受熱膨脹使(shi)系統(tong)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)力(li)(li)(li)(li)升(sheng)高超過設(she)(she)計(ji)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)力(li)(li)(li)(li)時(shi),多余(yu)的(de)(de)(de)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)通過安(an)全閥排至(zhi)補(bu)(bu)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)箱循環使(shi)用(yong),當系統(tong)中(zhong)的(de)(de)(de)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)由于(yu)泄露或(huo)溫(wen)度下(xia)降而(er)體積縮小,系統(tong)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)力(li)(li)(li)(li)降低時(shi),膠囊中(zhong)的(de)(de)(de)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)被不斷(duan)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)入管(guan)網(wang)補(bu)(bu)充(chong)系統(tong)的(de)(de)(de)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)降損失,當系統(tong)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)力(li)(li)(li)(li)至(zhi)設(she)(she)計(ji)允許的(de)(de)(de)zui低壓(ya)(ya)(ya)力(li)(li)(li)(li)時(shi),通過壓(ya)(ya)(ya)力(li)(li)(li)(li)控制器(qi)使(shi)補(bu)(bu)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)泵(beng)重新啟動向(xiang)管(guan)網(wang)及(ji)(ji)氣壓(ya)(ya)(ya)罐內補(bu)(bu)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui),如此周而(er)復(fu)始(shi)。

遠傳(chuan)控(kong)(kong)制(zhi):機組控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)柜(ju)可與樓宇(yu)自(zi)控(kong)(kong)系統(tong)連接(jie),遠程控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)補(bu)水(shui)(shui)泵(beng)的啟停,并通過(guo)每臺補(bu)水(shui)(shui)泵(beng)岀口(kou)設置的水(shui)(shui)流開關,檢測(ce)補(bu)水(shui)(shui)泵(beng)的運行狀態。
