定壓補水裝置設備安全可靠采用系統靜壓作為膨脹水箱內的(de)設(she)計初始壓(ya)力(li)水頭(tou),采用保證(zheng)系統內熱(re)水不汽(qi)化的(de)壓(ya)力(li)作為膨脹水箱內動(dong)行終端壓(ya)力(li)水頭(tou)。
定壓補水裝置用于生產、消防、生活系統加壓供水,一般稱之為囊式(shi)自動給水(shui)(shui)裝(zhuang)置。用于采暖、空調(diao)系(xi)統(tong)中(zhong)(zhong)作(zuo)為穩壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)膨(peng)脹補(bu)(bu)水(shui)(shui)設(she)備使(shi)用,一(yi)般(ban)稱之(zhi)為囊式(shi)落地式(shi)膨(peng)脹水(shui)(shui)箱(xiang)。設(she)備在初始運行時(shi)首(shou)先(xian)啟(qi)動補(bu)(bu)水(shui)(shui)泵向(xiang)系(xi)統(tong)及氣壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)罐(guan)內的(de)(de)(de)水(shui)(shui)室中(zhong)(zhong)充(chong)水(shui)(shui),系(xi)統(tong)充(chong)滿(man)后(hou)多余(yu)的(de)(de)(de)水(shui)(shui)被擠進膠(jiao)囊內。因(yin)為水(shui)(shui)的(de)(de)(de)不(bu)可壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)縮性,隨著水(shui)(shui)量的(de)(de)(de)不(bu)斷增加,水(shui)(shui)室的(de)(de)(de)體積(ji)也(ye)(ye)不(bu)斷的(de)(de)(de)擴(kuo)大而(er)(er)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)縮氣室,罐(guan)內的(de)(de)(de)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)力(li)也(ye)(ye)不(bu)斷的(de)(de)(de)升高。當(dang)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)力(li)達到設(she)計(ji)(ji)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)力(li)時(shi),通(tong)過(guo)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)力(li)控制(zhi)器使(shi)補(bu)(bu)水(shui)(shui)泵關閉。當(dang)系(xi)統(tong)內的(de)(de)(de)水(shui)(shui)受熱膨(peng)脹使(shi)系(xi)統(tong)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)力(li)升高超(chao)過(guo)設(she)計(ji)(ji)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)力(li)時(shi),多余(yu)的(de)(de)(de)水(shui)(shui)通(tong)過(guo)安(an)全閥排至補(bu)(bu)水(shui)(shui)箱(xiang)循環使(shi)用,當(dang)系(xi)統(tong)中(zhong)(zhong)的(de)(de)(de)水(shui)(shui)由于泄露或溫(wen)度下降而(er)(er)體積(ji)縮小,系(xi)統(tong)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)力(li)降低時(shi),膠(jiao)囊中(zhong)(zhong)的(de)(de)(de)水(shui)(shui)被不(bu)斷壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)入管(guan)網補(bu)(bu)充(chong)系(xi)統(tong)的(de)(de)(de)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)降損失,當(dang)系(xi)統(tong)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)力(li)至設(she)計(ji)(ji)允許的(de)(de)(de)zui低壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)力(li)時(shi),通(tong)過(guo)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)力(li)控制(zhi)器使(shi)補(bu)(bu)水(shui)(shui)泵重新(xin)啟(qi)動向(xiang)管(guan)網及氣壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)罐(guan)內補(bu)(bu)水(shui)(shui),如此周(zhou)而(er)(er)復始。

遠(yuan)傳控制:機組控制柜可與樓宇自控系統連(lian)接,遠(yuan)程控制補水泵的(de)啟停,并通過每臺(tai)補水泵岀口設置的(de)水流開(kai)關,檢(jian)測補水泵的(de)運行狀態。
