定壓補水裝置設備安全可靠采用系統靜壓作為膨脹水箱內的設計初始壓(ya)力水(shui)頭,采用保(bao)證系統內熱(re)水(shui)不汽化(hua)的壓(ya)力作為膨脹水(shui)箱內動行(xing)終端(duan)壓(ya)力水(shui)頭。
定壓補水裝置用于生產、消防、生活系統加壓供水,一般稱之為(wei)囊(nang)式(shi)自(zi)動給(gei)水(shui)裝(zhuang)置。用(yong)(yong)于采暖、空調系(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)中(zhong)作為(wei)穩壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)膨(peng)脹補(bu)(bu)水(shui)設備使(shi)用(yong)(yong),一般稱之為(wei)囊(nang)式(shi)落地式(shi)膨(peng)脹水(shui)箱。設備在初始(shi)運行(xing)時(shi)(shi)首先啟動補(bu)(bu)水(shui)泵(beng)向(xiang)系(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)及氣壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)罐內(nei)的(de)水(shui)室中(zhong)充水(shui),系(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)充滿(man)后多(duo)余的(de)水(shui)被擠進膠囊(nang)內(nei)。因為(wei)水(shui)的(de)不(bu)(bu)可壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)縮(suo)(suo)性,隨(sui)著水(shui)量的(de)不(bu)(bu)斷(duan)增加,水(shui)室的(de)體(ti)積也(ye)不(bu)(bu)斷(duan)的(de)擴大而(er)(er)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)縮(suo)(suo)氣室,罐內(nei)的(de)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)力(li)也(ye)不(bu)(bu)斷(duan)的(de)升高。當壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)力(li)達(da)到設計(ji)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)力(li)時(shi)(shi),通(tong)過(guo)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)力(li)控(kong)制器(qi)使(shi)補(bu)(bu)水(shui)泵(beng)關閉。當系(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)內(nei)的(de)水(shui)受熱膨(peng)脹使(shi)系(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)力(li)升高超過(guo)設計(ji)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)力(li)時(shi)(shi),多(duo)余的(de)水(shui)通(tong)過(guo)安(an)全閥排至補(bu)(bu)水(shui)箱循環使(shi)用(yong)(yong),當系(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)中(zhong)的(de)水(shui)由于泄露或溫(wen)度下降(jiang)而(er)(er)體(ti)積縮(suo)(suo)小,系(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)力(li)降(jiang)低時(shi)(shi),膠囊(nang)中(zhong)的(de)水(shui)被不(bu)(bu)斷(duan)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)入管網補(bu)(bu)充系(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)的(de)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)降(jiang)損失(shi),當系(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)力(li)至設計(ji)允(yun)許的(de)zui低壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)力(li)時(shi)(shi),通(tong)過(guo)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)力(li)控(kong)制器(qi)使(shi)補(bu)(bu)水(shui)泵(beng)重(zhong)新啟動向(xiang)管網及氣壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)罐內(nei)補(bu)(bu)水(shui),如此周而(er)(er)復始(shi)。

遠(yuan)傳控(kong)制(zhi):機組控(kong)制(zhi)柜(ju)可與樓宇自控(kong)系統連接,遠(yuan)程控(kong)制(zhi)補水(shui)泵的(de)啟停,并通過每(mei)臺補水(shui)泵岀口設置的(de)水(shui)流開關,檢測(ce)補水(shui)泵的(de)運行狀態。
