定壓補水裝置設備安全可靠采用系統靜壓作為膨脹水箱內的設(she)計初始壓力(li)水頭(tou)(tou),采用保證系(xi)統內熱(re)水不(bu)汽化的壓力(li)作為膨脹水箱內動行(xing)終(zhong)端(duan)壓力(li)水頭(tou)(tou)。
定壓補水裝置用于生產、消防、生活系統加壓供水,一般稱之為囊(nang)式(shi)自動(dong)給水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)裝置。用于采(cai)暖、空調系(xi)統(tong)中(zhong)作為穩(wen)壓(ya)(ya)膨(peng)脹(zhang)補水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)設(she)備(bei)(bei)使(shi)用,一般稱之(zhi)為囊(nang)式(shi)落地(di)式(shi)膨(peng)脹(zhang)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)箱。設(she)備(bei)(bei)在(zai)初(chu)始運行時(shi)首先啟動(dong)補水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)泵(beng)向(xiang)系(xi)統(tong)及(ji)(ji)氣壓(ya)(ya)罐(guan)內(nei)的(de)(de)(de)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)室(shi)中(zhong)充水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui),系(xi)統(tong)充滿(man)后多余(yu)的(de)(de)(de)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)被(bei)擠進膠(jiao)囊(nang)內(nei)。因為水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)的(de)(de)(de)不(bu)可壓(ya)(ya)縮(suo)性,隨著水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)量的(de)(de)(de)不(bu)斷(duan)增加,水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)室(shi)的(de)(de)(de)體(ti)積(ji)也不(bu)斷(duan)的(de)(de)(de)擴大而(er)壓(ya)(ya)縮(suo)氣室(shi),罐(guan)內(nei)的(de)(de)(de)壓(ya)(ya)力也不(bu)斷(duan)的(de)(de)(de)升高。當壓(ya)(ya)力達到(dao)設(she)計(ji)壓(ya)(ya)力時(shi),通過(guo)(guo)壓(ya)(ya)力控制器(qi)使(shi)補水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)泵(beng)關閉(bi)。當系(xi)統(tong)內(nei)的(de)(de)(de)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)受熱膨(peng)脹(zhang)使(shi)系(xi)統(tong)壓(ya)(ya)力升高超(chao)過(guo)(guo)設(she)計(ji)壓(ya)(ya)力時(shi),多余(yu)的(de)(de)(de)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)通過(guo)(guo)安全閥排至補水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)箱循(xun)環使(shi)用,當系(xi)統(tong)中(zhong)的(de)(de)(de)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)由(you)于泄露或(huo)溫度下降而(er)體(ti)積(ji)縮(suo)小,系(xi)統(tong)壓(ya)(ya)力降低時(shi),膠(jiao)囊(nang)中(zhong)的(de)(de)(de)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)被(bei)不(bu)斷(duan)壓(ya)(ya)入(ru)管網補充系(xi)統(tong)的(de)(de)(de)壓(ya)(ya)降損失,當系(xi)統(tong)壓(ya)(ya)力至設(she)計(ji)允許的(de)(de)(de)zui低壓(ya)(ya)力時(shi),通過(guo)(guo)壓(ya)(ya)力控制器(qi)使(shi)補水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)泵(beng)重(zhong)新啟動(dong)向(xiang)管網及(ji)(ji)氣壓(ya)(ya)罐(guan)內(nei)補水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui),如此周而(er)復始。

遠傳控制(zhi):機組控制(zhi)柜(ju)可與樓宇自控系統連接,遠程控制(zhi)補水(shui)泵(beng)的(de)啟停,并通過每臺補水(shui)泵(beng)岀口設置的(de)水(shui)流開關(guan),檢測補水(shui)泵(beng)的(de)運行(xing)狀態。
