定壓補水裝置用于生產、消防、生活系統加壓供水,一般稱之為囊式自動(dong)(dong)給水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)裝(zhuang)置。用(yong)(yong)于(yu)采暖、空調系(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)中作為穩壓(ya)(ya)(ya)膨脹(zhang)(zhang)補水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)設(she)備(bei)使(shi)(shi)(shi)用(yong)(yong),一般稱(cheng)之為囊式落(luo)地式膨脹(zhang)(zhang)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)箱。設(she)備(bei)在初始(shi)運行時(shi)首先(xian)啟(qi)動(dong)(dong)補水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)泵向系(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)及氣壓(ya)(ya)(ya)罐內(nei)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)室(shi)中充水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui),系(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)充滿(man)后多余的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)被擠進膠囊內(nei)。因為水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)不可壓(ya)(ya)(ya)縮性,隨著水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)量的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)不斷(duan)增加,水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)室(shi)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)體(ti)積也不斷(duan)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)擴大而(er)(er)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)縮氣室(shi),罐內(nei)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)力也不斷(duan)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)升高(gao)(gao)。當壓(ya)(ya)(ya)力達到設(she)計壓(ya)(ya)(ya)力時(shi),通過壓(ya)(ya)(ya)力控(kong)制(zhi)器使(shi)(shi)(shi)補水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)泵關閉。當系(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)內(nei)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)受熱膨脹(zhang)(zhang)使(shi)(shi)(shi)系(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)力升高(gao)(gao)超過設(she)計壓(ya)(ya)(ya)力時(shi),多余的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)通過安全閥排至補水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)箱循環(huan)使(shi)(shi)(shi)用(yong)(yong),當系(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)中的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)由于(yu)泄露(lu)或(huo)溫度(du)下(xia)降而(er)(er)體(ti)積縮小,系(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)力降低時(shi),膠囊中的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)被不斷(duan)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)入管(guan)網補充系(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)降損失,當系(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)力至設(she)計允許的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)zui低壓(ya)(ya)(ya)力時(shi),通過壓(ya)(ya)(ya)力控(kong)制(zhi)器使(shi)(shi)(shi)補水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)泵重新啟(qi)動(dong)(dong)向管(guan)網及氣壓(ya)(ya)(ya)罐內(nei)補水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui),如(ru)此周而(er)(er)復始(shi)。

遠傳(chuan)控(kong)制(zhi):機組控(kong)制(zhi)柜可與樓(lou)宇(yu)自控(kong)系統連接,遠程(cheng)控(kong)制(zhi)補水(shui)泵(beng)的啟停,并通(tong)過每臺補水(shui)泵(beng)岀(chu)口設(she)置的水(shui)流開關,檢(jian)測補水(shui)泵(beng)的運行(xing)狀態。
