定壓補水裝置用于生產、消防、生活系統加壓供水,一般稱之為囊(nang)式(shi)自動(dong)(dong)給水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)裝置。用(yong)于采(cai)暖(nuan)、空調系(xi)統(tong)(tong)中作為穩壓(ya)(ya)(ya)膨(peng)脹(zhang)補(bu)(bu)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)設(she)(she)備(bei)使(shi)(shi)用(yong),一般稱(cheng)之為囊(nang)式(shi)落地(di)式(shi)膨(peng)脹(zhang)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)箱(xiang)。設(she)(she)備(bei)在初(chu)始運行時首先啟動(dong)(dong)補(bu)(bu)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)泵向(xiang)系(xi)統(tong)(tong)及(ji)氣(qi)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)罐(guan)內(nei)的(de)(de)(de)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)室中充水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui),系(xi)統(tong)(tong)充滿后多(duo)余的(de)(de)(de)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)被擠進膠(jiao)囊(nang)內(nei)。因為水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)的(de)(de)(de)不(bu)可壓(ya)(ya)(ya)縮(suo)(suo)性(xing),隨著水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)量的(de)(de)(de)不(bu)斷(duan)(duan)增加,水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)室的(de)(de)(de)體積(ji)也(ye)不(bu)斷(duan)(duan)的(de)(de)(de)擴大(da)而(er)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)縮(suo)(suo)氣(qi)室,罐(guan)內(nei)的(de)(de)(de)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)力(li)(li)(li)也(ye)不(bu)斷(duan)(duan)的(de)(de)(de)升高(gao)。當壓(ya)(ya)(ya)力(li)(li)(li)達到設(she)(she)計(ji)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)力(li)(li)(li)時,通過(guo)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)力(li)(li)(li)控制器使(shi)(shi)補(bu)(bu)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)泵關(guan)閉。當系(xi)統(tong)(tong)內(nei)的(de)(de)(de)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)受熱(re)膨(peng)脹(zhang)使(shi)(shi)系(xi)統(tong)(tong)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)力(li)(li)(li)升高(gao)超過(guo)設(she)(she)計(ji)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)力(li)(li)(li)時,多(duo)余的(de)(de)(de)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)通過(guo)安(an)全閥排至補(bu)(bu)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)箱(xiang)循(xun)環使(shi)(shi)用(yong),當系(xi)統(tong)(tong)中的(de)(de)(de)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)由于泄露或(huo)溫(wen)度下降而(er)體積(ji)縮(suo)(suo)小,系(xi)統(tong)(tong)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)力(li)(li)(li)降低時,膠(jiao)囊(nang)中的(de)(de)(de)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)被不(bu)斷(duan)(duan)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)入管網補(bu)(bu)充系(xi)統(tong)(tong)的(de)(de)(de)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)降損失,當系(xi)統(tong)(tong)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)力(li)(li)(li)至設(she)(she)計(ji)允許的(de)(de)(de)zui低壓(ya)(ya)(ya)力(li)(li)(li)時,通過(guo)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)力(li)(li)(li)控制器使(shi)(shi)補(bu)(bu)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)泵重新啟動(dong)(dong)向(xiang)管網及(ji)氣(qi)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)罐(guan)內(nei)補(bu)(bu)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui),如此周而(er)復(fu)始。

遠傳控(kong)(kong)制:機組控(kong)(kong)制柜(ju)可與樓(lou)宇自控(kong)(kong)系統(tong)連接,遠程控(kong)(kong)制補水(shui)泵(beng)的啟(qi)停,并(bing)通過(guo)每臺(tai)補水(shui)泵(beng)岀(chu)口設置的水(shui)流開關,檢測補水(shui)泵(beng)的運行(xing)狀態。
