定壓補水裝置用于生產、消防、生活系統加壓供水,一般稱之為囊式(shi)自動(dong)(dong)給(gei)水(shui)(shui)(shui)裝置。用(yong)于采(cai)暖、空調系(xi)統(tong)(tong)中(zhong)(zhong)作為穩壓(ya)(ya)(ya)膨(peng)脹補(bu)(bu)(bu)水(shui)(shui)(shui)設(she)(she)備使用(yong),一般(ban)稱之為囊式(shi)落地式(shi)膨(peng)脹水(shui)(shui)(shui)箱。設(she)(she)備在(zai)初始運行時(shi)首(shou)先啟(qi)動(dong)(dong)補(bu)(bu)(bu)水(shui)(shui)(shui)泵向(xiang)系(xi)統(tong)(tong)及氣(qi)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)罐(guan)內的(de)(de)(de)水(shui)(shui)(shui)室(shi)中(zhong)(zhong)充(chong)(chong)水(shui)(shui)(shui),系(xi)統(tong)(tong)充(chong)(chong)滿后多余(yu)的(de)(de)(de)水(shui)(shui)(shui)被擠進膠(jiao)囊內。因(yin)為水(shui)(shui)(shui)的(de)(de)(de)不可壓(ya)(ya)(ya)縮(suo)(suo)性(xing),隨著水(shui)(shui)(shui)量的(de)(de)(de)不斷增加(jia),水(shui)(shui)(shui)室(shi)的(de)(de)(de)體積也(ye)不斷的(de)(de)(de)擴大(da)而壓(ya)(ya)(ya)縮(suo)(suo)氣(qi)室(shi),罐(guan)內的(de)(de)(de)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)力(li)(li)(li)也(ye)不斷的(de)(de)(de)升高(gao)。當(dang)(dang)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)力(li)(li)(li)達到設(she)(she)計壓(ya)(ya)(ya)力(li)(li)(li)時(shi),通過(guo)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)力(li)(li)(li)控制器使補(bu)(bu)(bu)水(shui)(shui)(shui)泵關閉(bi)。當(dang)(dang)系(xi)統(tong)(tong)內的(de)(de)(de)水(shui)(shui)(shui)受熱膨(peng)脹使系(xi)統(tong)(tong)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)力(li)(li)(li)升高(gao)超過(guo)設(she)(she)計壓(ya)(ya)(ya)力(li)(li)(li)時(shi),多余(yu)的(de)(de)(de)水(shui)(shui)(shui)通過(guo)安全閥排至(zhi)補(bu)(bu)(bu)水(shui)(shui)(shui)箱循環(huan)使用(yong),當(dang)(dang)系(xi)統(tong)(tong)中(zhong)(zhong)的(de)(de)(de)水(shui)(shui)(shui)由(you)于泄露(lu)或溫度下降(jiang)而體積縮(suo)(suo)小,系(xi)統(tong)(tong)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)力(li)(li)(li)降(jiang)低時(shi),膠(jiao)囊中(zhong)(zhong)的(de)(de)(de)水(shui)(shui)(shui)被不斷壓(ya)(ya)(ya)入管網補(bu)(bu)(bu)充(chong)(chong)系(xi)統(tong)(tong)的(de)(de)(de)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)降(jiang)損失,當(dang)(dang)系(xi)統(tong)(tong)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)力(li)(li)(li)至(zhi)設(she)(she)計允許的(de)(de)(de)zui低壓(ya)(ya)(ya)力(li)(li)(li)時(shi),通過(guo)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)力(li)(li)(li)控制器使補(bu)(bu)(bu)水(shui)(shui)(shui)泵重(zhong)新(xin)啟(qi)動(dong)(dong)向(xiang)管網及氣(qi)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)罐(guan)內補(bu)(bu)(bu)水(shui)(shui)(shui),如此周而復始。

遠傳控(kong)(kong)(kong)制(zhi):機(ji)組(zu)控(kong)(kong)(kong)制(zhi)柜(ju)可與(yu)樓宇自控(kong)(kong)(kong)系(xi)統連接(jie),遠程控(kong)(kong)(kong)制(zhi)補水泵(beng)(beng)的(de)(de)啟停,并(bing)通過每臺補水泵(beng)(beng)岀口(kou)設置的(de)(de)水流開關,檢測補水泵(beng)(beng)的(de)(de)運行狀態。
