定壓補水裝置設備安全可靠采用系統靜壓作為膨脹水箱內(nei)的設(she)計(ji)初(chu)始壓(ya)力水(shui)(shui)頭(tou),采用保證系統內(nei)熱水(shui)(shui)不(bu)汽化的壓(ya)力作為膨脹(zhang)水(shui)(shui)箱內(nei)動行終端壓(ya)力水(shui)(shui)頭(tou)。
定壓補水裝置用于生產、消防、生活系統加壓供水,一般稱之為囊(nang)式(shi)(shi)自動給水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)裝置。用于采暖、空調系(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)中作為穩壓(ya)膨(peng)脹(zhang)補(bu)(bu)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)設(she)(she)備(bei)使用,一般(ban)稱之(zhi)為囊(nang)式(shi)(shi)落地式(shi)(shi)膨(peng)脹(zhang)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)箱。設(she)(she)備(bei)在初(chu)始運行時(shi)首先(xian)啟動補(bu)(bu)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)泵(beng)(beng)向系(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)及氣(qi)壓(ya)罐內(nei)(nei)的(de)(de)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)室(shi)中充(chong)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui),系(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)充(chong)滿后多余的(de)(de)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)被擠進膠囊(nang)內(nei)(nei)。因為水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)的(de)(de)不(bu)(bu)可壓(ya)縮(suo)性(xing),隨著水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)量的(de)(de)不(bu)(bu)斷增加,水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)室(shi)的(de)(de)體(ti)積(ji)也(ye)不(bu)(bu)斷的(de)(de)擴大(da)而(er)壓(ya)縮(suo)氣(qi)室(shi),罐內(nei)(nei)的(de)(de)壓(ya)力(li)(li)也(ye)不(bu)(bu)斷的(de)(de)升高(gao)。當壓(ya)力(li)(li)達到設(she)(she)計壓(ya)力(li)(li)時(shi),通(tong)過(guo)壓(ya)力(li)(li)控制器使補(bu)(bu)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)泵(beng)(beng)關閉(bi)。當系(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)內(nei)(nei)的(de)(de)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)受熱膨(peng)脹(zhang)使系(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)壓(ya)力(li)(li)升高(gao)超(chao)過(guo)設(she)(she)計壓(ya)力(li)(li)時(shi),多余的(de)(de)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)通(tong)過(guo)安全閥排至補(bu)(bu)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)箱循環使用,當系(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)中的(de)(de)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)由于泄露或溫(wen)度下(xia)降(jiang)而(er)體(ti)積(ji)縮(suo)小,系(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)壓(ya)力(li)(li)降(jiang)低時(shi),膠囊(nang)中的(de)(de)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)被不(bu)(bu)斷壓(ya)入管(guan)網(wang)補(bu)(bu)充(chong)系(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)的(de)(de)壓(ya)降(jiang)損失,當系(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)壓(ya)力(li)(li)至設(she)(she)計允許的(de)(de)zui低壓(ya)力(li)(li)時(shi),通(tong)過(guo)壓(ya)力(li)(li)控制器使補(bu)(bu)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)泵(beng)(beng)重新(xin)啟動向管(guan)網(wang)及氣(qi)壓(ya)罐內(nei)(nei)補(bu)(bu)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui),如(ru)此周而(er)復始。
