膨脹罐介紹:
膨脹(zhang)罐用(yong)于系(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)中起緩沖壓力波動及(ji)部(bu)分(fen)(fen)給水的(de)作(zuo)用(yong),在熱力系(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)中主(zhu)(zhu)要(yao)是用(yong)來吸收工(gong)作(zuo)介質因(yin)溫度變(bian)化增加的(de)那(nei)部(bu)分(fen)(fen)體(ti)積;在供水系(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)中主(zhu)(zhu)要(yao)用(yong)來吸收系(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)因(yin)閥(fa)門(men)、水泵(beng)等開和關所引起的(de)水錘沖擊(ji),以(yi)及(ji)夜(ye)間(jian)少量補水使(shi)供水系(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)主(zhu)(zhu)泵(beng)休眠從而減(jian)少用(yong)電,延長(chang)水泵(beng)使(shi)用(yong)壽命。
膨脹(zhang)罐—由罐體(ti)、氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)囊、進/出水口及補氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)口四部份組成。罐體(ti)一(yi)般(ban)為(wei)碳(tan)鋼(gang)材質,外面是防銹(xiu)烤漆層;氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)囊為(wei)EPDM環保橡膠(jiao);氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)囊與罐體(ti)之間(jian)的(de)預充(chong)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)體(ti)出廠時已充(chong)好(hao),無須自(zi)己加(jia)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)。
膨(peng)(peng)脹罐工作原(yuan)理:當外界有(you)壓(ya)(ya)力(li)的(de)水(shui)進(jin)入膨(peng)(peng)脹罐氣(qi)(qi)囊內(nei)(nei)時(shi),密封(feng)在罐內(nei)(nei)的(de)氮氣(qi)(qi)被壓(ya)(ya)縮,根據波義耳氣(qi)(qi)體(ti)定律,氣(qi)(qi)體(ti)受(shou)到(dao)(dao)壓(ya)(ya)縮后體(ti)積變小壓(ya)(ya)力(li)升(sheng)高,直(zhi)到(dao)(dao)膨(peng)(peng)脹罐內(nei)(nei)氣(qi)(qi)體(ti)壓(ya)(ya)力(li)與水(shui)的(de)壓(ya)(ya)力(li)達到(dao)(dao)一(yi)致時(shi)停止進(jin)水(shui)。當水(shui)流失(shi)壓(ya)(ya)力(li)減低時(shi)膨(peng)(peng)脹罐內(nei)(nei)氣(qi)(qi)體(ti)壓(ya)(ya)力(li)大于(yu)水(shui)的(de)壓(ya)(ya)力(li),此時(shi)氣(qi)(qi)體(ti)膨(peng)(peng)脹將氣(qi)(qi)囊內(nei)(nei)的(de)水(shui)擠出補(bu)到(dao)(dao)系統,直(zhi)到(dao)(dao)氣(qi)(qi)體(ti)壓(ya)(ya)力(li)與水(shui)的(de)壓(ya)(ya)力(li)再(zai)次(ci)達到(dao)(dao)一(yi)致時(shi)停止排水(shui)。
