定壓補水裝置設備安全可靠采用系統靜壓作為膨脹水箱內的設計初始壓力(li)水頭,采用保(bao)證系統內熱水不汽化的壓力(li)作為膨脹水箱內動行終(zhong)端壓力(li)水頭。
定壓補水裝置用于生產、消防、生活系統加壓供水,一般稱之為(wei)囊式(shi)自動給水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)裝置。用于(yu)(yu)采暖、空調系(xi)統(tong)中(zhong)作為(wei)穩(wen)壓(ya)(ya)膨(peng)脹補水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)設(she)備使用,一般稱之為(wei)囊式(shi)落地式(shi)膨(peng)脹水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)箱。設(she)備在(zai)初(chu)始(shi)(shi)運行(xing)時(shi)首先啟(qi)動補水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)泵(beng)(beng)向系(xi)統(tong)及(ji)氣(qi)壓(ya)(ya)罐內的(de)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)室(shi)中(zhong)充(chong)(chong)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui),系(xi)統(tong)充(chong)(chong)滿后多余的(de)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)被(bei)擠進膠囊內。因(yin)為(wei)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)的(de)不(bu)可壓(ya)(ya)縮(suo)(suo)性,隨(sui)著水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)量的(de)不(bu)斷(duan)(duan)增加(jia),水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)室(shi)的(de)體積(ji)也不(bu)斷(duan)(duan)的(de)擴大而壓(ya)(ya)縮(suo)(suo)氣(qi)室(shi),罐內的(de)壓(ya)(ya)力也不(bu)斷(duan)(duan)的(de)升(sheng)高(gao)。當壓(ya)(ya)力達到設(she)計壓(ya)(ya)力時(shi),通(tong)(tong)過壓(ya)(ya)力控制(zhi)器使補水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)泵(beng)(beng)關閉。當系(xi)統(tong)內的(de)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)受熱(re)膨(peng)脹使系(xi)統(tong)壓(ya)(ya)力升(sheng)高(gao)超過設(she)計壓(ya)(ya)力時(shi),多余的(de)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)通(tong)(tong)過安全閥排(pai)至(zhi)(zhi)補水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)箱循環(huan)使用,當系(xi)統(tong)中(zhong)的(de)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)由于(yu)(yu)泄露或溫度(du)下降(jiang)而體積(ji)縮(suo)(suo)小(xiao),系(xi)統(tong)壓(ya)(ya)力降(jiang)低時(shi),膠囊中(zhong)的(de)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)被(bei)不(bu)斷(duan)(duan)壓(ya)(ya)入管網補充(chong)(chong)系(xi)統(tong)的(de)壓(ya)(ya)降(jiang)損失(shi),當系(xi)統(tong)壓(ya)(ya)力至(zhi)(zhi)設(she)計允許(xu)的(de)zui低壓(ya)(ya)力時(shi),通(tong)(tong)過壓(ya)(ya)力控制(zhi)器使補水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)泵(beng)(beng)重新啟(qi)動向管網及(ji)氣(qi)壓(ya)(ya)罐內補水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui),如此周而復始(shi)(shi)。

遠(yuan)傳控(kong)制:機組(zu)控(kong)制柜可與樓宇自控(kong)系(xi)統連接,遠(yuan)程控(kong)制補(bu)水泵(beng)(beng)的啟停,并通過每臺補(bu)水泵(beng)(beng)岀口(kou)設置的水流(liu)開關,檢測補(bu)水泵(beng)(beng)的運行狀態。
