定壓補水裝置設備安全可靠采用系統靜壓作為膨脹水箱內(nei)的設計初始壓(ya)力(li)(li)水(shui)(shui)頭(tou),采用保證系統內(nei)熱水(shui)(shui)不(bu)汽化(hua)的壓(ya)力(li)(li)作(zuo)為膨脹(zhang)水(shui)(shui)箱內(nei)動行終端壓(ya)力(li)(li)水(shui)(shui)頭(tou)。
定壓補水裝置用于生產、消防、生活系統加壓供水,一般稱之為(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)囊式自(zi)動給水(shui)(shui)(shui)裝置。用(yong)于采(cai)暖、空調系(xi)(xi)(xi)統(tong)中作為(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)穩壓(ya)(ya)(ya)膨脹補水(shui)(shui)(shui)設備使(shi)用(yong),一般(ban)稱之為(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)囊式落(luo)地(di)式膨脹水(shui)(shui)(shui)箱。設備在初始(shi)運(yun)行時(shi)(shi)首先啟(qi)動補水(shui)(shui)(shui)泵(beng)(beng)向(xiang)系(xi)(xi)(xi)統(tong)及(ji)氣(qi)(qi)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)罐內(nei)(nei)的(de)(de)水(shui)(shui)(shui)室(shi)中充水(shui)(shui)(shui),系(xi)(xi)(xi)統(tong)充滿(man)后多(duo)余的(de)(de)水(shui)(shui)(shui)被擠進(jin)膠(jiao)囊內(nei)(nei)。因為(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)水(shui)(shui)(shui)的(de)(de)不可壓(ya)(ya)(ya)縮性,隨著水(shui)(shui)(shui)量的(de)(de)不斷(duan)增加,水(shui)(shui)(shui)室(shi)的(de)(de)體(ti)積也不斷(duan)的(de)(de)擴大而(er)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)縮氣(qi)(qi)室(shi),罐內(nei)(nei)的(de)(de)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)力(li)(li)(li)也不斷(duan)的(de)(de)升高。當壓(ya)(ya)(ya)力(li)(li)(li)達(da)到設計壓(ya)(ya)(ya)力(li)(li)(li)時(shi)(shi),通過壓(ya)(ya)(ya)力(li)(li)(li)控制(zhi)器(qi)使(shi)補水(shui)(shui)(shui)泵(beng)(beng)關閉。當系(xi)(xi)(xi)統(tong)內(nei)(nei)的(de)(de)水(shui)(shui)(shui)受熱(re)膨脹使(shi)系(xi)(xi)(xi)統(tong)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)力(li)(li)(li)升高超過設計壓(ya)(ya)(ya)力(li)(li)(li)時(shi)(shi),多(duo)余的(de)(de)水(shui)(shui)(shui)通過安全閥排(pai)至補水(shui)(shui)(shui)箱循環使(shi)用(yong),當系(xi)(xi)(xi)統(tong)中的(de)(de)水(shui)(shui)(shui)由(you)于泄(xie)露或溫(wen)度下降(jiang)(jiang)而(er)體(ti)積縮小,系(xi)(xi)(xi)統(tong)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)力(li)(li)(li)降(jiang)(jiang)低時(shi)(shi),膠(jiao)囊中的(de)(de)水(shui)(shui)(shui)被不斷(duan)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)入(ru)管網補充系(xi)(xi)(xi)統(tong)的(de)(de)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)降(jiang)(jiang)損失,當系(xi)(xi)(xi)統(tong)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)力(li)(li)(li)至設計允許的(de)(de)zui低壓(ya)(ya)(ya)力(li)(li)(li)時(shi)(shi),通過壓(ya)(ya)(ya)力(li)(li)(li)控制(zhi)器(qi)使(shi)補水(shui)(shui)(shui)泵(beng)(beng)重新(xin)啟(qi)動向(xiang)管網及(ji)氣(qi)(qi)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)罐內(nei)(nei)補水(shui)(shui)(shui),如此周而(er)復(fu)始(shi)。

遠傳控(kong)制:機組控(kong)制柜(ju)可(ke)與樓宇自(zi)控(kong)系統連(lian)接,遠程(cheng)控(kong)制補(bu)(bu)水(shui)泵的啟停,并通過每臺補(bu)(bu)水(shui)泵岀口設置的水(shui)流(liu)開(kai)關,檢測(ce)補(bu)(bu)水(shui)泵的運(yun)行狀(zhuang)態。
