定壓補水裝置設備安全可靠采用系統靜壓作為膨脹水箱內(nei)的(de)設(she)計初始壓力(li)水(shui)頭(tou),采用(yong)保證(zheng)系統內(nei)熱水(shui)不汽(qi)化(hua)的(de)壓力(li)作為(wei)膨脹水(shui)箱內(nei)動行終端壓力(li)水(shui)頭(tou)。
定壓補水裝置用于生產、消防、生活系統加壓供水,一般稱之為囊式(shi)自動(dong)(dong)給水(shui)(shui)(shui)裝置。用于采暖、空(kong)調系統(tong)中(zhong)(zhong)作為穩壓(ya)(ya)膨脹(zhang)補(bu)(bu)(bu)水(shui)(shui)(shui)設備使(shi)用,一般稱之(zhi)為囊式(shi)落地式(shi)膨脹(zhang)水(shui)(shui)(shui)箱(xiang)(xiang)。設備在初始(shi)運(yun)行時(shi)(shi)首先啟動(dong)(dong)補(bu)(bu)(bu)水(shui)(shui)(shui)泵(beng)向系統(tong)及氣(qi)(qi)壓(ya)(ya)罐內(nei)的(de)水(shui)(shui)(shui)室中(zhong)(zhong)充(chong)(chong)水(shui)(shui)(shui),系統(tong)充(chong)(chong)滿后多余(yu)的(de)水(shui)(shui)(shui)被擠(ji)進膠囊內(nei)。因(yin)為水(shui)(shui)(shui)的(de)不(bu)可壓(ya)(ya)縮性,隨著(zhu)水(shui)(shui)(shui)量的(de)不(bu)斷增加,水(shui)(shui)(shui)室的(de)體(ti)積也(ye)不(bu)斷的(de)擴大而(er)(er)壓(ya)(ya)縮氣(qi)(qi)室,罐內(nei)的(de)壓(ya)(ya)力(li)(li)也(ye)不(bu)斷的(de)升高。當(dang)(dang)壓(ya)(ya)力(li)(li)達到(dao)設計(ji)壓(ya)(ya)力(li)(li)時(shi)(shi),通(tong)過(guo)壓(ya)(ya)力(li)(li)控制(zhi)器使(shi)補(bu)(bu)(bu)水(shui)(shui)(shui)泵(beng)關閉(bi)。當(dang)(dang)系統(tong)內(nei)的(de)水(shui)(shui)(shui)受(shou)熱膨脹(zhang)使(shi)系統(tong)壓(ya)(ya)力(li)(li)升高超(chao)過(guo)設計(ji)壓(ya)(ya)力(li)(li)時(shi)(shi),多余(yu)的(de)水(shui)(shui)(shui)通(tong)過(guo)安(an)全閥排至補(bu)(bu)(bu)水(shui)(shui)(shui)箱(xiang)(xiang)循環使(shi)用,當(dang)(dang)系統(tong)中(zhong)(zhong)的(de)水(shui)(shui)(shui)由于泄露或(huo)溫度下降而(er)(er)體(ti)積縮小,系統(tong)壓(ya)(ya)力(li)(li)降低(di)時(shi)(shi),膠囊中(zhong)(zhong)的(de)水(shui)(shui)(shui)被不(bu)斷壓(ya)(ya)入管網補(bu)(bu)(bu)充(chong)(chong)系統(tong)的(de)壓(ya)(ya)降損失,當(dang)(dang)系統(tong)壓(ya)(ya)力(li)(li)至設計(ji)允許(xu)的(de)zui低(di)壓(ya)(ya)力(li)(li)時(shi)(shi),通(tong)過(guo)壓(ya)(ya)力(li)(li)控制(zhi)器使(shi)補(bu)(bu)(bu)水(shui)(shui)(shui)泵(beng)重新啟動(dong)(dong)向管網及氣(qi)(qi)壓(ya)(ya)罐內(nei)補(bu)(bu)(bu)水(shui)(shui)(shui),如此(ci)周而(er)(er)復始(shi)。

遠傳控制:機組控制柜可(ke)與樓宇自控系統(tong)連接,遠程控制補(bu)水泵(beng)(beng)的啟停,并通過每臺補(bu)水泵(beng)(beng)岀口(kou)設置的水流(liu)開(kai)關,檢測(ce)補(bu)水泵(beng)(beng)的運行狀態。
