定壓補水裝置設備安全可靠采用系統靜壓作為膨脹水箱內的(de)設計初始壓力(li)水(shui)(shui)頭(tou),采(cai)用保證(zheng)系統內熱水(shui)(shui)不汽(qi)化的(de)壓力(li)作為(wei)膨脹水(shui)(shui)箱(xiang)內動行終端壓力(li)水(shui)(shui)頭(tou)。
定壓補水裝置用于生產、消防、生活系統加壓供水,一般稱之為(wei)(wei)囊(nang)式自動給水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)裝置。用(yong)于采暖、空調系(xi)(xi)(xi)統(tong)中(zhong)作為(wei)(wei)穩壓(ya)(ya)膨脹補(bu)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)設備(bei)使用(yong),一般稱之為(wei)(wei)囊(nang)式落地式膨脹水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)箱。設備(bei)在(zai)初始(shi)(shi)運(yun)行時(shi)(shi)首先啟動補(bu)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)泵向(xiang)系(xi)(xi)(xi)統(tong)及氣(qi)壓(ya)(ya)罐內(nei)的(de)(de)(de)(de)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)室(shi)(shi)中(zhong)充水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui),系(xi)(xi)(xi)統(tong)充滿后多(duo)余的(de)(de)(de)(de)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)被擠進膠囊(nang)內(nei)。因為(wei)(wei)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)的(de)(de)(de)(de)不(bu)可壓(ya)(ya)縮(suo)性(xing),隨著水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)量(liang)的(de)(de)(de)(de)不(bu)斷增加,水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)室(shi)(shi)的(de)(de)(de)(de)體積(ji)也(ye)不(bu)斷的(de)(de)(de)(de)擴大而(er)壓(ya)(ya)縮(suo)氣(qi)室(shi)(shi),罐內(nei)的(de)(de)(de)(de)壓(ya)(ya)力(li)(li)也(ye)不(bu)斷的(de)(de)(de)(de)升高。當(dang)(dang)壓(ya)(ya)力(li)(li)達到(dao)設計壓(ya)(ya)力(li)(li)時(shi)(shi),通過(guo)壓(ya)(ya)力(li)(li)控制器使補(bu)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)泵關閉(bi)。當(dang)(dang)系(xi)(xi)(xi)統(tong)內(nei)的(de)(de)(de)(de)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)受(shou)熱膨脹使系(xi)(xi)(xi)統(tong)壓(ya)(ya)力(li)(li)升高超過(guo)設計壓(ya)(ya)力(li)(li)時(shi)(shi),多(duo)余的(de)(de)(de)(de)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)通過(guo)安全閥排至補(bu)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)箱循環使用(yong),當(dang)(dang)系(xi)(xi)(xi)統(tong)中(zhong)的(de)(de)(de)(de)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)由于泄露或溫(wen)度下(xia)降(jiang)而(er)體積(ji)縮(suo)小,系(xi)(xi)(xi)統(tong)壓(ya)(ya)力(li)(li)降(jiang)低時(shi)(shi),膠囊(nang)中(zhong)的(de)(de)(de)(de)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)被不(bu)斷壓(ya)(ya)入管網補(bu)充系(xi)(xi)(xi)統(tong)的(de)(de)(de)(de)壓(ya)(ya)降(jiang)損(sun)失,當(dang)(dang)系(xi)(xi)(xi)統(tong)壓(ya)(ya)力(li)(li)至設計允(yun)許的(de)(de)(de)(de)zui低壓(ya)(ya)力(li)(li)時(shi)(shi),通過(guo)壓(ya)(ya)力(li)(li)控制器使補(bu)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)泵重新(xin)啟動向(xiang)管網及氣(qi)壓(ya)(ya)罐內(nei)補(bu)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui),如(ru)此周而(er)復始(shi)(shi)。

遠(yuan)傳控(kong)制:機(ji)組控(kong)制柜可與樓宇(yu)自控(kong)系統(tong)連(lian)接,遠(yuan)程(cheng)控(kong)制補(bu)水泵(beng)的(de)啟(qi)停,并(bing)通過每臺補(bu)水泵(beng)岀口設置的(de)水流開(kai)關,檢測(ce)補(bu)水泵(beng)的(de)運(yun)行狀態。
