定壓補水裝置設備安全可靠采用系統靜壓作為膨脹水箱內的設計初始(shi)壓(ya)力水頭,采用保(bao)證系統(tong)內熱水不(bu)汽化的壓(ya)力作(zuo)為膨(peng)脹水箱內動行終端壓(ya)力水頭。
定壓補水裝置用于生產、消防、生活系統加壓供水,一般稱之為囊式自動(dong)給水(shui)裝置(zhi)。用(yong)(yong)于(yu)采暖、空調系(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)中(zhong)作為穩壓(ya)(ya)(ya)膨脹補(bu)(bu)水(shui)設備使(shi)用(yong)(yong),一般(ban)稱之(zhi)為囊式落地式膨脹水(shui)箱。設備在初始(shi)運(yun)行時(shi)(shi)首先(xian)啟動(dong)補(bu)(bu)水(shui)泵(beng)(beng)向(xiang)系(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)及(ji)氣(qi)(qi)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)罐內(nei)的(de)(de)水(shui)室中(zhong)充(chong)(chong)水(shui),系(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)充(chong)(chong)滿后(hou)多余(yu)的(de)(de)水(shui)被擠進膠囊內(nei)。因為水(shui)的(de)(de)不(bu)(bu)可壓(ya)(ya)(ya)縮(suo)性,隨著水(shui)量(liang)的(de)(de)不(bu)(bu)斷(duan)(duan)增加,水(shui)室的(de)(de)體積也不(bu)(bu)斷(duan)(duan)的(de)(de)擴大而壓(ya)(ya)(ya)縮(suo)氣(qi)(qi)室,罐內(nei)的(de)(de)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)力(li)(li)(li)(li)也不(bu)(bu)斷(duan)(duan)的(de)(de)升高。當壓(ya)(ya)(ya)力(li)(li)(li)(li)達到設計(ji)(ji)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)力(li)(li)(li)(li)時(shi)(shi),通過(guo)(guo)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)力(li)(li)(li)(li)控制(zhi)器使(shi)補(bu)(bu)水(shui)泵(beng)(beng)關(guan)閉(bi)。當系(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)內(nei)的(de)(de)水(shui)受(shou)熱膨脹使(shi)系(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)力(li)(li)(li)(li)升高超過(guo)(guo)設計(ji)(ji)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)力(li)(li)(li)(li)時(shi)(shi),多余(yu)的(de)(de)水(shui)通過(guo)(guo)安全閥排至(zhi)補(bu)(bu)水(shui)箱循(xun)環使(shi)用(yong)(yong),當系(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)中(zhong)的(de)(de)水(shui)由于(yu)泄露或溫度(du)下(xia)降(jiang)而體積縮(suo)小,系(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)力(li)(li)(li)(li)降(jiang)低(di)時(shi)(shi),膠囊中(zhong)的(de)(de)水(shui)被不(bu)(bu)斷(duan)(duan)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)入管(guan)網補(bu)(bu)充(chong)(chong)系(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)的(de)(de)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)降(jiang)損失,當系(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)力(li)(li)(li)(li)至(zhi)設計(ji)(ji)允許的(de)(de)zui低(di)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)力(li)(li)(li)(li)時(shi)(shi),通過(guo)(guo)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)力(li)(li)(li)(li)控制(zhi)器使(shi)補(bu)(bu)水(shui)泵(beng)(beng)重新啟動(dong)向(xiang)管(guan)網及(ji)氣(qi)(qi)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)罐內(nei)補(bu)(bu)水(shui),如此(ci)周而復始(shi)。

遠傳控制(zhi):機(ji)組控制(zhi)柜可(ke)與樓宇自控系統連接(jie),遠程(cheng)控制(zhi)補水泵(beng)的啟停(ting),并通過每臺補水泵(beng)岀口設置的水流開關,檢測補水泵(beng)的運行(xing)狀態(tai)。
