定壓補水裝置設備安全可靠采用系統靜壓作為膨脹水箱內(nei)的設計(ji)初始(shi)壓(ya)力(li)水(shui)頭(tou),采用保證系統內(nei)熱水(shui)不汽化的壓(ya)力(li)作為膨脹水(shui)箱內(nei)動行(xing)終端壓(ya)力(li)水(shui)頭(tou)。
定壓補水裝置用于生產、消防、生活系統加壓供水,一般稱之為(wei)囊(nang)式(shi)自(zi)動給水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)裝置。用(yong)于(yu)采(cai)暖、空調系統(tong)(tong)(tong)中作為(wei)穩壓(ya)(ya)膨脹(zhang)補(bu)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)設(she)(she)備使用(yong),一般稱之為(wei)囊(nang)式(shi)落地式(shi)膨脹(zhang)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)箱。設(she)(she)備在初(chu)始(shi)運行時(shi)(shi)(shi)首先啟(qi)動補(bu)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)泵(beng)(beng)向系統(tong)(tong)(tong)及氣壓(ya)(ya)罐內(nei)的(de)(de)(de)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)室中充(chong)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui),系統(tong)(tong)(tong)充(chong)滿后(hou)多余的(de)(de)(de)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)被(bei)擠進膠(jiao)(jiao)囊(nang)內(nei)。因(yin)為(wei)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)的(de)(de)(de)不(bu)可壓(ya)(ya)縮性,隨著(zhu)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)量的(de)(de)(de)不(bu)斷增(zeng)加,水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)室的(de)(de)(de)體積也(ye)不(bu)斷的(de)(de)(de)擴大而壓(ya)(ya)縮氣室,罐內(nei)的(de)(de)(de)壓(ya)(ya)力(li)也(ye)不(bu)斷的(de)(de)(de)升(sheng)高。當(dang)壓(ya)(ya)力(li)達到設(she)(she)計(ji)壓(ya)(ya)力(li)時(shi)(shi)(shi),通過(guo)壓(ya)(ya)力(li)控制器(qi)使補(bu)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)泵(beng)(beng)關閉。當(dang)系統(tong)(tong)(tong)內(nei)的(de)(de)(de)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)受熱膨脹(zhang)使系統(tong)(tong)(tong)壓(ya)(ya)力(li)升(sheng)高超過(guo)設(she)(she)計(ji)壓(ya)(ya)力(li)時(shi)(shi)(shi),多余的(de)(de)(de)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)通過(guo)安(an)全(quan)閥排至補(bu)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)箱循環使用(yong),當(dang)系統(tong)(tong)(tong)中的(de)(de)(de)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)由于(yu)泄露或溫(wen)度下降而體積縮小(xiao),系統(tong)(tong)(tong)壓(ya)(ya)力(li)降低時(shi)(shi)(shi),膠(jiao)(jiao)囊(nang)中的(de)(de)(de)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)被(bei)不(bu)斷壓(ya)(ya)入(ru)管網(wang)補(bu)充(chong)系統(tong)(tong)(tong)的(de)(de)(de)壓(ya)(ya)降損(sun)失,當(dang)系統(tong)(tong)(tong)壓(ya)(ya)力(li)至設(she)(she)計(ji)允許的(de)(de)(de)zui低壓(ya)(ya)力(li)時(shi)(shi)(shi),通過(guo)壓(ya)(ya)力(li)控制器(qi)使補(bu)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)泵(beng)(beng)重新啟(qi)動向管網(wang)及氣壓(ya)(ya)罐內(nei)補(bu)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui),如(ru)此周而復始(shi)。

遠傳控(kong)制(zhi):機組控(kong)制(zhi)柜可(ke)與樓宇自控(kong)系統連(lian)接(jie),遠程控(kong)制(zhi)補(bu)水泵的啟停(ting),并通過每(mei)臺補(bu)水泵岀口(kou)設置的水流開關,檢(jian)測補(bu)水泵的運行(xing)狀態。
