定壓補水裝置用于生產、消防、生活系統加壓供水,一般稱之為(wei)囊(nang)式(shi)自(zi)動(dong)給水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)裝(zhuang)置。用于(yu)采暖、空調系(xi)統(tong)(tong)中(zhong)作為(wei)穩壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)膨(peng)脹(zhang)補(bu)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)設備使用,一般稱之為(wei)囊(nang)式(shi)落地(di)式(shi)膨(peng)脹(zhang)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)箱(xiang)。設備在初始運行時首先啟動(dong)補(bu)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)泵向(xiang)系(xi)統(tong)(tong)及氣壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)罐內(nei)的(de)(de)(de)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)室中(zhong)充(chong)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui),系(xi)統(tong)(tong)充(chong)滿后多余的(de)(de)(de)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)被(bei)擠進膠囊(nang)內(nei)。因為(wei)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)的(de)(de)(de)不(bu)可壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)縮(suo)性,隨(sui)著水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)量的(de)(de)(de)不(bu)斷增加,水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)室的(de)(de)(de)體積(ji)也不(bu)斷的(de)(de)(de)擴大(da)而壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)縮(suo)氣室,罐內(nei)的(de)(de)(de)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)力(li)(li)也不(bu)斷的(de)(de)(de)升高。當(dang)(dang)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)力(li)(li)達(da)到設計(ji)(ji)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)力(li)(li)時,通(tong)過(guo)(guo)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)力(li)(li)控制(zhi)器使補(bu)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)泵關閉。當(dang)(dang)系(xi)統(tong)(tong)內(nei)的(de)(de)(de)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)受(shou)熱膨(peng)脹(zhang)使系(xi)統(tong)(tong)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)力(li)(li)升高超(chao)過(guo)(guo)設計(ji)(ji)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)力(li)(li)時,多余的(de)(de)(de)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)通(tong)過(guo)(guo)安(an)全(quan)閥排至補(bu)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)箱(xiang)循環(huan)使用,當(dang)(dang)系(xi)統(tong)(tong)中(zhong)的(de)(de)(de)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)由于(yu)泄露(lu)或溫(wen)度下降(jiang)而體積(ji)縮(suo)小(xiao),系(xi)統(tong)(tong)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)力(li)(li)降(jiang)低(di)時,膠囊(nang)中(zhong)的(de)(de)(de)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)被(bei)不(bu)斷壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)入管(guan)(guan)網(wang)補(bu)充(chong)系(xi)統(tong)(tong)的(de)(de)(de)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)降(jiang)損失,當(dang)(dang)系(xi)統(tong)(tong)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)力(li)(li)至設計(ji)(ji)允(yun)許的(de)(de)(de)zui低(di)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)力(li)(li)時,通(tong)過(guo)(guo)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)力(li)(li)控制(zhi)器使補(bu)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)泵重新(xin)啟動(dong)向(xiang)管(guan)(guan)網(wang)及氣壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)罐內(nei)補(bu)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui),如(ru)此周而復始。

遠傳控(kong)制(zhi):機組控(kong)制(zhi)柜可與樓宇自(zi)控(kong)系統連接,遠程(cheng)控(kong)制(zhi)補水泵(beng)的(de)啟停(ting),并(bing)通(tong)過每(mei)臺(tai)補水泵(beng)岀口設(she)置的(de)水流(liu)開關(guan),檢測補水泵(beng)的(de)運行狀態。
