定壓補水裝置設備安全可靠采用系統靜壓作為膨脹水箱內(nei)(nei)的設計初始壓力水頭(tou),采用保證系統內(nei)(nei)熱水不(bu)汽(qi)化的壓力作為(wei)膨(peng)脹水箱內(nei)(nei)動(dong)行終端(duan)壓力水頭(tou)。
定壓補水裝置用于生產、消防、生活系統加壓供水,一般稱之為(wei)囊式自動(dong)給(gei)水裝置。用(yong)于采(cai)暖(nuan)、空調系(xi)(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)中(zhong)作為(wei)穩壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)膨(peng)(peng)脹補(bu)(bu)(bu)水設(she)(she)備使用(yong),一(yi)般(ban)稱之為(wei)囊式落地式膨(peng)(peng)脹水箱(xiang)。設(she)(she)備在(zai)初始運行時(shi)首(shou)先(xian)啟(qi)動(dong)補(bu)(bu)(bu)水泵向系(xi)(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)及(ji)氣壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)罐(guan)內(nei)(nei)的(de)(de)(de)水室(shi)中(zhong)充水,系(xi)(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)充滿后多(duo)余(yu)的(de)(de)(de)水被擠進膠囊內(nei)(nei)。因(yin)為(wei)水的(de)(de)(de)不可(ke)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)縮性,隨著水量的(de)(de)(de)不斷(duan)(duan)增加,水室(shi)的(de)(de)(de)體(ti)積(ji)也不斷(duan)(duan)的(de)(de)(de)擴大(da)而壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)縮氣室(shi),罐(guan)內(nei)(nei)的(de)(de)(de)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)力(li)(li)也不斷(duan)(duan)的(de)(de)(de)升高(gao)。當(dang)(dang)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)力(li)(li)達到設(she)(she)計壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)力(li)(li)時(shi),通(tong)過壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)力(li)(li)控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)器使補(bu)(bu)(bu)水泵關閉。當(dang)(dang)系(xi)(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)內(nei)(nei)的(de)(de)(de)水受熱膨(peng)(peng)脹使系(xi)(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)力(li)(li)升高(gao)超過設(she)(she)計壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)力(li)(li)時(shi),多(duo)余(yu)的(de)(de)(de)水通(tong)過安全閥排(pai)至(zhi)補(bu)(bu)(bu)水箱(xiang)循環使用(yong),當(dang)(dang)系(xi)(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)中(zhong)的(de)(de)(de)水由于泄露或(huo)溫(wen)度下(xia)降(jiang)而體(ti)積(ji)縮小,系(xi)(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)力(li)(li)降(jiang)低時(shi),膠囊中(zhong)的(de)(de)(de)水被不斷(duan)(duan)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)入管(guan)網補(bu)(bu)(bu)充系(xi)(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)的(de)(de)(de)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)降(jiang)損失,當(dang)(dang)系(xi)(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)力(li)(li)至(zhi)設(she)(she)計允許(xu)的(de)(de)(de)zui低壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)力(li)(li)時(shi),通(tong)過壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)力(li)(li)控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)器使補(bu)(bu)(bu)水泵重新啟(qi)動(dong)向管(guan)網及(ji)氣壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)罐(guan)內(nei)(nei)補(bu)(bu)(bu)水,如此周而復始。

遠(yuan)傳控制:機組控制柜可與樓宇自(zi)控系統(tong)連接,遠(yuan)程(cheng)控制補水泵(beng)的(de)啟停,并(bing)通過(guo)每臺補水泵(beng)岀(chu)口設置的(de)水流開關,檢測補水泵(beng)的(de)運行狀態。
