定壓補水裝置設備安全可靠采用系統靜壓作為膨脹水箱內(nei)的(de)設計初始壓力水(shui)(shui)頭,采用保證(zheng)系統內(nei)熱水(shui)(shui)不汽化的(de)壓力作為膨脹水(shui)(shui)箱內(nei)動(dong)行終(zhong)端壓力水(shui)(shui)頭。
定壓補水裝置用于生產、消防、生活系統加壓供水,一般稱之為(wei)囊式自動(dong)給水(shui)(shui)(shui)裝置。用(yong)于采暖(nuan)、空調系統(tong)中(zhong)作(zuo)為(wei)穩(wen)壓(ya)(ya)膨(peng)脹補(bu)水(shui)(shui)(shui)設備(bei)使用(yong),一般(ban)稱之為(wei)囊式落地式膨(peng)脹水(shui)(shui)(shui)箱。設備(bei)在(zai)初始運行(xing)時首先(xian)啟(qi)動(dong)補(bu)水(shui)(shui)(shui)泵向系統(tong)及氣壓(ya)(ya)罐內(nei)的(de)(de)(de)水(shui)(shui)(shui)室中(zhong)充(chong)水(shui)(shui)(shui),系統(tong)充(chong)滿后多(duo)余(yu)的(de)(de)(de)水(shui)(shui)(shui)被擠進膠(jiao)(jiao)囊內(nei)。因為(wei)水(shui)(shui)(shui)的(de)(de)(de)不(bu)(bu)可(ke)壓(ya)(ya)縮性,隨著水(shui)(shui)(shui)量的(de)(de)(de)不(bu)(bu)斷增加,水(shui)(shui)(shui)室的(de)(de)(de)體積也(ye)不(bu)(bu)斷的(de)(de)(de)擴大(da)而壓(ya)(ya)縮氣室,罐內(nei)的(de)(de)(de)壓(ya)(ya)力也(ye)不(bu)(bu)斷的(de)(de)(de)升高。當壓(ya)(ya)力達到設計壓(ya)(ya)力時,通過壓(ya)(ya)力控制(zhi)器使補(bu)水(shui)(shui)(shui)泵關閉。當系統(tong)內(nei)的(de)(de)(de)水(shui)(shui)(shui)受(shou)熱膨(peng)脹使系統(tong)壓(ya)(ya)力升高超(chao)過設計壓(ya)(ya)力時,多(duo)余(yu)的(de)(de)(de)水(shui)(shui)(shui)通過安全閥排至補(bu)水(shui)(shui)(shui)箱循環(huan)使用(yong),當系統(tong)中(zhong)的(de)(de)(de)水(shui)(shui)(shui)由于泄露或溫度下降(jiang)(jiang)而體積縮小,系統(tong)壓(ya)(ya)力降(jiang)(jiang)低時,膠(jiao)(jiao)囊中(zhong)的(de)(de)(de)水(shui)(shui)(shui)被不(bu)(bu)斷壓(ya)(ya)入(ru)管(guan)(guan)網(wang)補(bu)充(chong)系統(tong)的(de)(de)(de)壓(ya)(ya)降(jiang)(jiang)損失,當系統(tong)壓(ya)(ya)力至設計允許的(de)(de)(de)zui低壓(ya)(ya)力時,通過壓(ya)(ya)力控制(zhi)器使補(bu)水(shui)(shui)(shui)泵重新啟(qi)動(dong)向管(guan)(guan)網(wang)及氣壓(ya)(ya)罐內(nei)補(bu)水(shui)(shui)(shui),如此周而復始。

遠傳控(kong)制(zhi):機(ji)組控(kong)制(zhi)柜可與樓宇(yu)自(zi)控(kong)系統連(lian)接,遠程控(kong)制(zhi)補(bu)水泵(beng)的(de)啟停,并通(tong)過每臺補(bu)水泵(beng)岀口(kou)設(she)置的(de)水流(liu)開關,檢測補(bu)水泵(beng)的(de)運行(xing)狀態。
