定壓補水裝置設備安全可靠采用系統靜壓作為膨脹水箱內的設計初始(shi)壓(ya)力(li)(li)水頭,采用保證(zheng)系統內熱水不汽化的壓(ya)力(li)(li)作為膨(peng)脹水箱內動行終端壓(ya)力(li)(li)水頭。
定壓補水裝置用于生產、消防、生活系統加壓供水,一般稱之為(wei)囊(nang)(nang)式(shi)自動給水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)裝置。用于采暖、空調系(xi)統(tong)中(zhong)(zhong)作為(wei)穩壓(ya)(ya)(ya)膨脹補(bu)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)設備使(shi)(shi)用,一般稱之為(wei)囊(nang)(nang)式(shi)落地式(shi)膨脹水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)箱。設備在初(chu)始(shi)運行時首先啟動補(bu)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)泵向系(xi)統(tong)及(ji)(ji)氣壓(ya)(ya)(ya)罐(guan)內(nei)的(de)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)室中(zhong)(zhong)充(chong)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui),系(xi)統(tong)充(chong)滿(man)后多余(yu)的(de)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)被(bei)擠進膠(jiao)囊(nang)(nang)內(nei)。因為(wei)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)的(de)不可壓(ya)(ya)(ya)縮(suo)性(xing),隨(sui)著水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)量的(de)不斷(duan)增加,水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)室的(de)體積也不斷(duan)的(de)擴大而(er)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)縮(suo)氣室,罐(guan)內(nei)的(de)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)力(li)(li)也不斷(duan)的(de)升高(gao)。當壓(ya)(ya)(ya)力(li)(li)達到(dao)設計壓(ya)(ya)(ya)力(li)(li)時,通過(guo)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)力(li)(li)控制器使(shi)(shi)補(bu)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)泵關閉。當系(xi)統(tong)內(nei)的(de)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)受熱膨脹使(shi)(shi)系(xi)統(tong)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)力(li)(li)升高(gao)超過(guo)設計壓(ya)(ya)(ya)力(li)(li)時,多余(yu)的(de)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)通過(guo)安全閥(fa)排至補(bu)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)箱循環使(shi)(shi)用,當系(xi)統(tong)中(zhong)(zhong)的(de)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)由(you)于泄露或溫度(du)下降(jiang)而(er)體積縮(suo)小(xiao),系(xi)統(tong)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)力(li)(li)降(jiang)低時,膠(jiao)囊(nang)(nang)中(zhong)(zhong)的(de)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)被(bei)不斷(duan)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)入管(guan)網補(bu)充(chong)系(xi)統(tong)的(de)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)降(jiang)損失,當系(xi)統(tong)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)力(li)(li)至設計允許的(de)zui低壓(ya)(ya)(ya)力(li)(li)時,通過(guo)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)力(li)(li)控制器使(shi)(shi)補(bu)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)泵重(zhong)新啟動向管(guan)網及(ji)(ji)氣壓(ya)(ya)(ya)罐(guan)內(nei)補(bu)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui),如此周而(er)復始(shi)。

遠傳控(kong)制:機組控(kong)制柜可與樓宇自(zi)控(kong)系統連接,遠程控(kong)制補水泵(beng)的(de)啟停(ting),并通過每臺補水泵(beng)岀口設置的(de)水流開關,檢測補水泵(beng)的(de)運行狀態。
