定壓補水裝置設備安全可靠采用系統靜壓作為膨脹水箱內(nei)(nei)的設計(ji)初始壓力(li)水(shui)頭,采用保證系(xi)統內(nei)(nei)熱水(shui)不汽化的壓力(li)作為膨脹水(shui)箱內(nei)(nei)動(dong)行終(zhong)端壓力(li)水(shui)頭。
定壓補水裝置用于生產、消防、生活系統加壓供水,一般稱之為囊(nang)式(shi)自動(dong)給水(shui)裝(zhuang)置。用于采暖、空(kong)調系(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)統(tong)中(zhong)作為穩(wen)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)膨脹補(bu)水(shui)設(she)(she)(she)備(bei)使用,一般(ban)稱(cheng)之為囊(nang)式(shi)落地式(shi)膨脹水(shui)箱。設(she)(she)(she)備(bei)在初始(shi)運行(xing)時(shi)(shi)首先(xian)啟動(dong)補(bu)水(shui)泵(beng)向系(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)統(tong)及(ji)(ji)氣(qi)(qi)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)罐(guan)內的(de)(de)水(shui)室中(zhong)充水(shui),系(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)統(tong)充滿后(hou)多余的(de)(de)水(shui)被擠進膠囊(nang)內。因為水(shui)的(de)(de)不(bu)可(ke)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)縮(suo)(suo)性,隨著(zhu)水(shui)量的(de)(de)不(bu)斷增加,水(shui)室的(de)(de)體(ti)積也不(bu)斷的(de)(de)擴大而壓(ya)(ya)(ya)縮(suo)(suo)氣(qi)(qi)室,罐(guan)內的(de)(de)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)力(li)(li)(li)(li)也不(bu)斷的(de)(de)升高。當壓(ya)(ya)(ya)力(li)(li)(li)(li)達到(dao)設(she)(she)(she)計壓(ya)(ya)(ya)力(li)(li)(li)(li)時(shi)(shi),通(tong)過(guo)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)力(li)(li)(li)(li)控制(zhi)器使補(bu)水(shui)泵(beng)關閉。當系(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)統(tong)內的(de)(de)水(shui)受熱膨脹使系(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)統(tong)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)力(li)(li)(li)(li)升高超過(guo)設(she)(she)(she)計壓(ya)(ya)(ya)力(li)(li)(li)(li)時(shi)(shi),多余的(de)(de)水(shui)通(tong)過(guo)安全閥(fa)排(pai)至(zhi)補(bu)水(shui)箱循環使用,當系(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)統(tong)中(zhong)的(de)(de)水(shui)由于泄露或溫(wen)度下降(jiang)(jiang)而體(ti)積縮(suo)(suo)小,系(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)統(tong)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)力(li)(li)(li)(li)降(jiang)(jiang)低時(shi)(shi),膠囊(nang)中(zhong)的(de)(de)水(shui)被不(bu)斷壓(ya)(ya)(ya)入管網(wang)(wang)補(bu)充系(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)統(tong)的(de)(de)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)降(jiang)(jiang)損(sun)失,當系(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)統(tong)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)力(li)(li)(li)(li)至(zhi)設(she)(she)(she)計允許(xu)的(de)(de)zui低壓(ya)(ya)(ya)力(li)(li)(li)(li)時(shi)(shi),通(tong)過(guo)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)力(li)(li)(li)(li)控制(zhi)器使補(bu)水(shui)泵(beng)重新啟動(dong)向管網(wang)(wang)及(ji)(ji)氣(qi)(qi)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)罐(guan)內補(bu)水(shui),如此周而復始(shi)。

遠傳(chuan)控制:機組控制柜可與樓宇自控系統連接,遠程控制補水(shui)(shui)泵(beng)(beng)的啟(qi)停(ting),并通過每臺補水(shui)(shui)泵(beng)(beng)岀口設置的水(shui)(shui)流(liu)開關,檢測(ce)補水(shui)(shui)泵(beng)(beng)的運行狀態(tai)。
