定壓補水裝置設備安全可靠采用系統靜壓作為膨脹水箱內(nei)的設(she)計初始壓(ya)力水(shui)(shui)頭,采用保(bao)證系統內(nei)熱水(shui)(shui)不汽(qi)化的壓(ya)力作為膨脹水(shui)(shui)箱內(nei)動行(xing)終端(duan)壓(ya)力水(shui)(shui)頭。
定壓補水裝置用于生產、消防、生活系統加壓供水,一般稱之為囊(nang)式自動(dong)給水(shui)(shui)裝置。用于采暖、空調系(xi)統(tong)(tong)中作為穩壓(ya)(ya)(ya)膨(peng)脹(zhang)補(bu)水(shui)(shui)設(she)(she)備使用,一(yi)般稱之為囊(nang)式落地(di)式膨(peng)脹(zhang)水(shui)(shui)箱(xiang)。設(she)(she)備在初始(shi)運行(xing)時首先啟動(dong)補(bu)水(shui)(shui)泵(beng)向系(xi)統(tong)(tong)及氣(qi)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)罐內的(de)水(shui)(shui)室(shi)(shi)中充水(shui)(shui),系(xi)統(tong)(tong)充滿后多余(yu)的(de)水(shui)(shui)被擠進膠囊(nang)內。因為水(shui)(shui)的(de)不(bu)可(ke)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)縮(suo)性,隨著(zhu)水(shui)(shui)量的(de)不(bu)斷(duan)增(zeng)加,水(shui)(shui)室(shi)(shi)的(de)體積也(ye)不(bu)斷(duan)的(de)擴(kuo)大而(er)(er)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)縮(suo)氣(qi)室(shi)(shi),罐內的(de)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)力(li)也(ye)不(bu)斷(duan)的(de)升高(gao)。當(dang)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)力(li)達到設(she)(she)計(ji)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)力(li)時,通過(guo)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)力(li)控制器(qi)使補(bu)水(shui)(shui)泵(beng)關閉(bi)。當(dang)系(xi)統(tong)(tong)內的(de)水(shui)(shui)受熱膨(peng)脹(zhang)使系(xi)統(tong)(tong)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)力(li)升高(gao)超(chao)過(guo)設(she)(she)計(ji)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)力(li)時,多余(yu)的(de)水(shui)(shui)通過(guo)安(an)全閥排至補(bu)水(shui)(shui)箱(xiang)循環使用,當(dang)系(xi)統(tong)(tong)中的(de)水(shui)(shui)由于泄露(lu)或溫度下降(jiang)而(er)(er)體積縮(suo)小,系(xi)統(tong)(tong)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)力(li)降(jiang)低時,膠囊(nang)中的(de)水(shui)(shui)被不(bu)斷(duan)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)入管(guan)網(wang)補(bu)充系(xi)統(tong)(tong)的(de)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)降(jiang)損(sun)失,當(dang)系(xi)統(tong)(tong)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)力(li)至設(she)(she)計(ji)允許的(de)zui低壓(ya)(ya)(ya)力(li)時,通過(guo)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)力(li)控制器(qi)使補(bu)水(shui)(shui)泵(beng)重新(xin)啟動(dong)向管(guan)網(wang)及氣(qi)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)罐內補(bu)水(shui)(shui),如(ru)此(ci)周(zhou)而(er)(er)復(fu)始(shi)。

遠傳控(kong)(kong)制:機組控(kong)(kong)制柜可與樓(lou)宇自控(kong)(kong)系統連接,遠程控(kong)(kong)制補(bu)水泵的啟(qi)停,并(bing)通過每臺補(bu)水泵岀口(kou)設(she)置(zhi)的水流開關,檢(jian)測補(bu)水泵的運行狀(zhuang)態。
