定壓補水裝置設備安全可靠采用系統靜壓作為膨脹水箱內的設計初始(shi)壓(ya)力水頭,采用保(bao)證(zheng)系統(tong)內熱水不汽化的壓(ya)力作為膨脹水箱內動行(xing)終端壓(ya)力水頭。
定壓補水裝置用于生產、消防、生活系統加壓供水,一般稱之為囊(nang)式自動給水(shui)(shui)(shui)裝置。用(yong)于采暖、空調系(xi)(xi)統(tong)中(zhong)作為穩壓(ya)膨(peng)脹(zhang)(zhang)補(bu)水(shui)(shui)(shui)設(she)(she)備使(shi)用(yong),一(yi)般稱之為囊(nang)式落(luo)地式膨(peng)脹(zhang)(zhang)水(shui)(shui)(shui)箱。設(she)(she)備在初始運行時(shi)首先啟動補(bu)水(shui)(shui)(shui)泵向系(xi)(xi)統(tong)及(ji)氣(qi)壓(ya)罐內(nei)的(de)(de)(de)(de)水(shui)(shui)(shui)室中(zhong)充水(shui)(shui)(shui),系(xi)(xi)統(tong)充滿(man)后多余的(de)(de)(de)(de)水(shui)(shui)(shui)被(bei)擠進膠囊(nang)內(nei)。因為水(shui)(shui)(shui)的(de)(de)(de)(de)不可壓(ya)縮(suo)性,隨(sui)著水(shui)(shui)(shui)量的(de)(de)(de)(de)不斷增加(jia),水(shui)(shui)(shui)室的(de)(de)(de)(de)體積(ji)(ji)也(ye)不斷的(de)(de)(de)(de)擴(kuo)大而壓(ya)縮(suo)氣(qi)室,罐內(nei)的(de)(de)(de)(de)壓(ya)力也(ye)不斷的(de)(de)(de)(de)升高(gao)。當壓(ya)力達(da)到設(she)(she)計(ji)壓(ya)力時(shi),通(tong)過(guo)壓(ya)力控(kong)制(zhi)器(qi)使(shi)補(bu)水(shui)(shui)(shui)泵關閉。當系(xi)(xi)統(tong)內(nei)的(de)(de)(de)(de)水(shui)(shui)(shui)受(shou)熱膨(peng)脹(zhang)(zhang)使(shi)系(xi)(xi)統(tong)壓(ya)力升高(gao)超過(guo)設(she)(she)計(ji)壓(ya)力時(shi),多余的(de)(de)(de)(de)水(shui)(shui)(shui)通(tong)過(guo)安全閥排至(zhi)補(bu)水(shui)(shui)(shui)箱循環使(shi)用(yong),當系(xi)(xi)統(tong)中(zhong)的(de)(de)(de)(de)水(shui)(shui)(shui)由于泄露或(huo)溫度下(xia)降而體積(ji)(ji)縮(suo)小,系(xi)(xi)統(tong)壓(ya)力降低時(shi),膠囊(nang)中(zhong)的(de)(de)(de)(de)水(shui)(shui)(shui)被(bei)不斷壓(ya)入管網補(bu)充系(xi)(xi)統(tong)的(de)(de)(de)(de)壓(ya)降損(sun)失(shi),當系(xi)(xi)統(tong)壓(ya)力至(zhi)設(she)(she)計(ji)允許的(de)(de)(de)(de)zui低壓(ya)力時(shi),通(tong)過(guo)壓(ya)力控(kong)制(zhi)器(qi)使(shi)補(bu)水(shui)(shui)(shui)泵重新(xin)啟動向管網及(ji)氣(qi)壓(ya)罐內(nei)補(bu)水(shui)(shui)(shui),如此周而復始。

遠傳控制:機(ji)組控制柜可(ke)與(yu)樓宇自控系統連接,遠程控制補水泵(beng)的啟停,并通過每臺補水泵(beng)岀口設(she)置(zhi)的水流開關,檢測補水泵(beng)的運行(xing)狀態。
