定壓補水裝置設備安全可靠采用系統靜壓作為膨脹水箱內的(de)設(she)計初始壓(ya)(ya)力水(shui)頭,采用保證系統內熱水(shui)不汽化的(de)壓(ya)(ya)力作為膨脹水(shui)箱內動(dong)行終端壓(ya)(ya)力水(shui)頭。
定壓補水裝置用于生產、消防、生活系統加壓供水,一般稱之為(wei)囊(nang)式自動給水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)裝置(zhi)。用(yong)于(yu)采暖、空調系(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)中(zhong)作為(wei)穩壓(ya)(ya)(ya)膨脹補(bu)(bu)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)設備(bei)使(shi)用(yong),一般稱之為(wei)囊(nang)式落地式膨脹水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)箱。設備(bei)在初始(shi)運行時(shi)(shi)首先啟(qi)動補(bu)(bu)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)泵(beng)向系(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)及氣壓(ya)(ya)(ya)罐內(nei)的(de)(de)(de)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)室中(zhong)充水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui),系(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)充滿后多余(yu)的(de)(de)(de)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)被(bei)擠進膠囊(nang)內(nei)。因為(wei)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)的(de)(de)(de)不(bu)(bu)可壓(ya)(ya)(ya)縮性,隨(sui)著水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)量的(de)(de)(de)不(bu)(bu)斷(duan)(duan)增(zeng)加(jia),水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)室的(de)(de)(de)體積(ji)也不(bu)(bu)斷(duan)(duan)的(de)(de)(de)擴大而壓(ya)(ya)(ya)縮氣室,罐內(nei)的(de)(de)(de)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)力(li)也不(bu)(bu)斷(duan)(duan)的(de)(de)(de)升高。當壓(ya)(ya)(ya)力(li)達到(dao)設計壓(ya)(ya)(ya)力(li)時(shi)(shi),通(tong)過(guo)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)力(li)控制(zhi)器(qi)使(shi)補(bu)(bu)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)泵(beng)關閉。當系(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)內(nei)的(de)(de)(de)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)受(shou)熱膨脹使(shi)系(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)力(li)升高超過(guo)設計壓(ya)(ya)(ya)力(li)時(shi)(shi),多余(yu)的(de)(de)(de)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)通(tong)過(guo)安全(quan)閥排至補(bu)(bu)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)箱循(xun)環(huan)使(shi)用(yong),當系(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)中(zhong)的(de)(de)(de)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)由于(yu)泄露或溫(wen)度下(xia)降而體積(ji)縮小,系(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)力(li)降低時(shi)(shi),膠囊(nang)中(zhong)的(de)(de)(de)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)被(bei)不(bu)(bu)斷(duan)(duan)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)入管網補(bu)(bu)充系(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)的(de)(de)(de)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)降損失(shi),當系(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)力(li)至設計允許(xu)的(de)(de)(de)zui低壓(ya)(ya)(ya)力(li)時(shi)(shi),通(tong)過(guo)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)力(li)控制(zhi)器(qi)使(shi)補(bu)(bu)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)泵(beng)重新啟(qi)動向管網及氣壓(ya)(ya)(ya)罐內(nei)補(bu)(bu)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui),如此周而復始(shi)。

遠(yuan)傳控制:機(ji)組控制柜可與樓宇自控系統連接(jie),遠(yuan)程(cheng)控制補水(shui)泵的(de)啟停,并通(tong)過每臺補水(shui)泵岀口設置(zhi)的(de)水(shui)流開關,檢測補水(shui)泵的(de)運行狀(zhuang)態。
