膨脹罐介紹:
膨(peng)脹罐用(yong)(yong)(yong)于系(xi)統(tong)中起(qi)緩沖壓(ya)力波(bo)動(dong)及部分給水的作(zuo)用(yong)(yong)(yong),在(zai)(zai)熱力系(xi)統(tong)中主要是用(yong)(yong)(yong)來吸收工作(zuo)介質因(yin)溫(wen)度(du)變化增加的那(nei)部分體積;在(zai)(zai)供(gong)(gong)水系(xi)統(tong)中主要用(yong)(yong)(yong)來吸收系(xi)統(tong)因(yin)閥門、水泵等開和(he)關所引(yin)起(qi)的水錘沖擊,以及夜(ye)間少量(liang)補(bu)水使供(gong)(gong)水系(xi)統(tong)主泵休眠從而減少用(yong)(yong)(yong)電,延長(chang)水泵使用(yong)(yong)(yong)壽命。
膨脹(zhang)罐(guan)(guan)—由(you)罐(guan)(guan)體、氣(qi)(qi)囊(nang)、進/出(chu)水口(kou)及補氣(qi)(qi)口(kou)四(si)部份組成。罐(guan)(guan)體一(yi)般為(wei)碳鋼材質,外面是防(fang)銹烤漆(qi)層(ceng);氣(qi)(qi)囊(nang)為(wei)EPDM環保橡膠;氣(qi)(qi)囊(nang)與(yu)罐(guan)(guan)體之間的(de)預充氣(qi)(qi)體出(chu)廠時已充好,無須自(zi)己加氣(qi)(qi)。
膨(peng)(peng)脹(zhang)罐工作原理:當外界有(you)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)力(li)的(de)(de)水(shui)進入膨(peng)(peng)脹(zhang)罐氣(qi)(qi)囊內(nei)(nei)時,密封(feng)在罐內(nei)(nei)的(de)(de)氮氣(qi)(qi)被壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)縮(suo),根據波義耳氣(qi)(qi)體定律,氣(qi)(qi)體受到(dao)(dao)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)縮(suo)后體積(ji)變小壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)力(li)升高,直(zhi)到(dao)(dao)膨(peng)(peng)脹(zhang)罐內(nei)(nei)氣(qi)(qi)體壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)力(li)與(yu)(yu)水(shui)的(de)(de)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)力(li)達(da)到(dao)(dao)一致時停止進水(shui)。當水(shui)流失壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)力(li)減低(di)時膨(peng)(peng)脹(zhang)罐內(nei)(nei)氣(qi)(qi)體壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)力(li)大于(yu)水(shui)的(de)(de)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)力(li),此時氣(qi)(qi)體膨(peng)(peng)脹(zhang)將氣(qi)(qi)囊內(nei)(nei)的(de)(de)水(shui)擠出補到(dao)(dao)系統,直(zhi)到(dao)(dao)氣(qi)(qi)體壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)力(li)與(yu)(yu)水(shui)的(de)(de)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)力(li)再次達(da)到(dao)(dao)一致時停止排水(shui)。
