定壓補水裝置設備安全可靠采用系統靜壓作為膨脹水箱內(nei)的(de)設計初始壓(ya)力(li)(li)水(shui)頭,采用(yong)保證(zheng)系統內(nei)熱水(shui)不(bu)汽化的(de)壓(ya)力(li)(li)作為膨脹水(shui)箱內(nei)動行終端壓(ya)力(li)(li)水(shui)頭。
定壓補水裝置用于生產、消防、生活系統加壓供水,一般稱之為囊(nang)式(shi)自動(dong)給水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)裝置。用于采(cai)暖、空(kong)調(diao)系(xi)(xi)統中(zhong)(zhong)作為穩壓(ya)(ya)(ya)膨脹(zhang)補(bu)(bu)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)設(she)(she)備使(shi)(shi)(shi)用,一般稱之為囊(nang)式(shi)落地式(shi)膨脹(zhang)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)箱(xiang)。設(she)(she)備在初始(shi)運行(xing)時首先啟動(dong)補(bu)(bu)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)泵向系(xi)(xi)統及(ji)氣壓(ya)(ya)(ya)罐內(nei)的(de)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)室中(zhong)(zhong)充水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui),系(xi)(xi)統充滿后多(duo)余的(de)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)被擠進膠(jiao)囊(nang)內(nei)。因為水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)的(de)不可壓(ya)(ya)(ya)縮性,隨著(zhu)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)量(liang)的(de)不斷增加,水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)室的(de)體積也不斷的(de)擴大而(er)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)縮氣室,罐內(nei)的(de)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)力(li)(li)也不斷的(de)升高。當壓(ya)(ya)(ya)力(li)(li)達到設(she)(she)計(ji)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)力(li)(li)時,通(tong)過(guo)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)力(li)(li)控制(zhi)(zhi)器(qi)使(shi)(shi)(shi)補(bu)(bu)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)泵關閉。當系(xi)(xi)統內(nei)的(de)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)受熱膨脹(zhang)使(shi)(shi)(shi)系(xi)(xi)統壓(ya)(ya)(ya)力(li)(li)升高超過(guo)設(she)(she)計(ji)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)力(li)(li)時,多(duo)余的(de)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)通(tong)過(guo)安全閥排至補(bu)(bu)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)箱(xiang)循(xun)環使(shi)(shi)(shi)用,當系(xi)(xi)統中(zhong)(zhong)的(de)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)由于泄露(lu)或溫度下降而(er)體積縮小,系(xi)(xi)統壓(ya)(ya)(ya)力(li)(li)降低(di)時,膠(jiao)囊(nang)中(zhong)(zhong)的(de)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)被不斷壓(ya)(ya)(ya)入(ru)管(guan)網補(bu)(bu)充系(xi)(xi)統的(de)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)降損(sun)失(shi),當系(xi)(xi)統壓(ya)(ya)(ya)力(li)(li)至設(she)(she)計(ji)允許的(de)zui低(di)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)力(li)(li)時,通(tong)過(guo)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)力(li)(li)控制(zhi)(zhi)器(qi)使(shi)(shi)(shi)補(bu)(bu)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)泵重新啟動(dong)向管(guan)網及(ji)氣壓(ya)(ya)(ya)罐內(nei)補(bu)(bu)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui),如此周而(er)復(fu)始(shi)。

遠(yuan)(yuan)傳控制:機組控制柜可與樓宇(yu)自控系統連接,遠(yuan)(yuan)程(cheng)控制補(bu)水(shui)泵(beng)(beng)的啟停,并通過每臺補(bu)水(shui)泵(beng)(beng)岀口設(she)置(zhi)的水(shui)流開關(guan),檢(jian)測補(bu)水(shui)泵(beng)(beng)的運(yun)行狀態。
