定壓補水裝置設備安全可靠采用系統靜壓作為膨脹水箱內(nei)的設計初始壓(ya)力水頭,采用保證系統內(nei)熱水不汽化的壓(ya)力作為膨脹水箱內(nei)動行終(zhong)端壓(ya)力水頭。
定壓補水裝置用于生產、消防、生活系統加壓供水,一般稱之為囊(nang)式自動(dong)給(gei)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)裝(zhuang)置。用(yong)于采暖(nuan)、空(kong)調系(xi)(xi)統(tong)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)作為穩(wen)壓(ya)(ya)膨脹補(bu)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)設備使用(yong),一般(ban)稱之為囊(nang)式落地式膨脹水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)箱(xiang)。設備在初始運行時(shi)首(shou)先啟動(dong)補(bu)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)泵(beng)向系(xi)(xi)統(tong)及氣(qi)壓(ya)(ya)罐內的(de)(de)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)室中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)充水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui),系(xi)(xi)統(tong)充滿后(hou)多余(yu)的(de)(de)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)被(bei)(bei)擠(ji)進(jin)膠囊(nang)內。因(yin)為水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)的(de)(de)不(bu)可壓(ya)(ya)縮(suo)性,隨著(zhu)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)量的(de)(de)不(bu)斷增加,水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)室的(de)(de)體積(ji)也不(bu)斷的(de)(de)擴大而壓(ya)(ya)縮(suo)氣(qi)室,罐內的(de)(de)壓(ya)(ya)力(li)(li)也不(bu)斷的(de)(de)升(sheng)高(gao)。當壓(ya)(ya)力(li)(li)達到設計(ji)壓(ya)(ya)力(li)(li)時(shi),通(tong)過壓(ya)(ya)力(li)(li)控(kong)制(zhi)器使補(bu)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)泵(beng)關閉。當系(xi)(xi)統(tong)內的(de)(de)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)受熱膨脹使系(xi)(xi)統(tong)壓(ya)(ya)力(li)(li)升(sheng)高(gao)超過設計(ji)壓(ya)(ya)力(li)(li)時(shi),多余(yu)的(de)(de)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)通(tong)過安(an)全閥(fa)排(pai)至補(bu)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)箱(xiang)循環使用(yong),當系(xi)(xi)統(tong)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)的(de)(de)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)由(you)于泄露或溫(wen)度下降而體積(ji)縮(suo)小,系(xi)(xi)統(tong)壓(ya)(ya)力(li)(li)降低時(shi),膠囊(nang)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)的(de)(de)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)被(bei)(bei)不(bu)斷壓(ya)(ya)入管(guan)網補(bu)充系(xi)(xi)統(tong)的(de)(de)壓(ya)(ya)降損(sun)失,當系(xi)(xi)統(tong)壓(ya)(ya)力(li)(li)至設計(ji)允(yun)許的(de)(de)zui低壓(ya)(ya)力(li)(li)時(shi),通(tong)過壓(ya)(ya)力(li)(li)控(kong)制(zhi)器使補(bu)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)泵(beng)重新啟動(dong)向管(guan)網及氣(qi)壓(ya)(ya)罐內補(bu)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui),如(ru)此(ci)周而復始。

遠傳控制:機組控制柜可與樓宇自控系統連接,遠程控制補(bu)(bu)水(shui)(shui)泵(beng)(beng)(beng)的(de)啟停(ting),并通過每臺補(bu)(bu)水(shui)(shui)泵(beng)(beng)(beng)岀口(kou)設置的(de)水(shui)(shui)流(liu)開關,檢測補(bu)(bu)水(shui)(shui)泵(beng)(beng)(beng)的(de)運行狀態。
