定壓補水裝置設備安全可靠采用系統靜壓作為膨脹水箱內的設計初始壓力(li)水(shui)頭(tou),采用保證(zheng)系統(tong)內熱水(shui)不汽化的壓力(li)作為膨脹(zhang)水(shui)箱內動行終端壓力(li)水(shui)頭(tou)。
定壓補水裝置用于生產、消防、生活系統加壓供水,一般稱之為(wei)囊式(shi)(shi)自動(dong)(dong)給水(shui)(shui)裝置。用(yong)于采暖、空調系統(tong)(tong)(tong)中作為(wei)穩壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)膨(peng)脹(zhang)補(bu)水(shui)(shui)設(she)備(bei)(bei)使(shi)用(yong),一般稱(cheng)之為(wei)囊式(shi)(shi)落地(di)式(shi)(shi)膨(peng)脹(zhang)水(shui)(shui)箱。設(she)備(bei)(bei)在初始(shi)(shi)運行時首先啟動(dong)(dong)補(bu)水(shui)(shui)泵向系統(tong)(tong)(tong)及(ji)氣(qi)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)罐內的(de)(de)(de)水(shui)(shui)室中充水(shui)(shui),系統(tong)(tong)(tong)充滿后多(duo)余的(de)(de)(de)水(shui)(shui)被(bei)擠進膠囊內。因(yin)為(wei)水(shui)(shui)的(de)(de)(de)不(bu)可壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)縮(suo)(suo)(suo)性,隨著水(shui)(shui)量的(de)(de)(de)不(bu)斷增(zeng)加(jia),水(shui)(shui)室的(de)(de)(de)體(ti)(ti)積(ji)也不(bu)斷的(de)(de)(de)擴大而壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)縮(suo)(suo)(suo)氣(qi)室,罐內的(de)(de)(de)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)力也不(bu)斷的(de)(de)(de)升(sheng)高(gao)。當壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)力達到設(she)計壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)力時,通過(guo)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)力控制器(qi)使(shi)補(bu)水(shui)(shui)泵關閉。當系統(tong)(tong)(tong)內的(de)(de)(de)水(shui)(shui)受熱膨(peng)脹(zhang)使(shi)系統(tong)(tong)(tong)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)力升(sheng)高(gao)超(chao)過(guo)設(she)計壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)力時,多(duo)余的(de)(de)(de)水(shui)(shui)通過(guo)安全閥排至(zhi)(zhi)補(bu)水(shui)(shui)箱循環使(shi)用(yong),當系統(tong)(tong)(tong)中的(de)(de)(de)水(shui)(shui)由于泄露或(huo)溫度下降而體(ti)(ti)積(ji)縮(suo)(suo)(suo)小(xiao),系統(tong)(tong)(tong)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)力降低時,膠囊中的(de)(de)(de)水(shui)(shui)被(bei)不(bu)斷壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)入管網(wang)補(bu)充系統(tong)(tong)(tong)的(de)(de)(de)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)降損失,當系統(tong)(tong)(tong)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)力至(zhi)(zhi)設(she)計允(yun)許的(de)(de)(de)zui低壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)力時,通過(guo)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)力控制器(qi)使(shi)補(bu)水(shui)(shui)泵重新啟動(dong)(dong)向管網(wang)及(ji)氣(qi)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)罐內補(bu)水(shui)(shui),如此周而復始(shi)(shi)。

遠傳控(kong)制:機組控(kong)制柜可與樓宇(yu)自控(kong)系統連接,遠程控(kong)制補水(shui)泵(beng)的(de)啟停,并通過(guo)每臺補水(shui)泵(beng)岀(chu)口設置的(de)水(shui)流開關,檢測補水(shui)泵(beng)的(de)運行狀態。
