定壓補水裝置用于生產、消防、生活系統加壓供水,一般稱之為(wei)囊式(shi)自(zi)動(dong)給(gei)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)裝(zhuang)置。用于(yu)采(cai)暖、空(kong)調(diao)系(xi)統(tong)中(zhong)(zhong)作為(wei)穩壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)膨脹補水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)設(she)(she)(she)備使(shi)(shi)用,一般稱之為(wei)囊式(shi)落地(di)式(shi)膨脹水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)箱。設(she)(she)(she)備在(zai)初始運行時(shi)首(shou)先啟動(dong)補水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)泵(beng)(beng)向(xiang)(xiang)系(xi)統(tong)及氣(qi)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)罐內的(de)(de)(de)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)室中(zhong)(zhong)充水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui),系(xi)統(tong)充滿后多余的(de)(de)(de)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)被(bei)擠進膠囊內。因為(wei)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)的(de)(de)(de)不(bu)(bu)可(ke)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)縮(suo)性,隨著水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)量的(de)(de)(de)不(bu)(bu)斷增加(jia),水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)室的(de)(de)(de)體(ti)積(ji)也(ye)不(bu)(bu)斷的(de)(de)(de)擴大而壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)縮(suo)氣(qi)室,罐內的(de)(de)(de)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)力(li)也(ye)不(bu)(bu)斷的(de)(de)(de)升高。當(dang)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)力(li)達到設(she)(she)(she)計壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)力(li)時(shi),通過(guo)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)力(li)控制器使(shi)(shi)補水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)泵(beng)(beng)關閉。當(dang)系(xi)統(tong)內的(de)(de)(de)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)受熱膨脹使(shi)(shi)系(xi)統(tong)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)力(li)升高超過(guo)設(she)(she)(she)計壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)力(li)時(shi),多余的(de)(de)(de)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)通過(guo)安全閥排至補水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)箱循環(huan)使(shi)(shi)用,當(dang)系(xi)統(tong)中(zhong)(zhong)的(de)(de)(de)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)由于(yu)泄露或溫度下降(jiang)(jiang)而體(ti)積(ji)縮(suo)小(xiao),系(xi)統(tong)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)力(li)降(jiang)(jiang)低時(shi),膠囊中(zhong)(zhong)的(de)(de)(de)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)被(bei)不(bu)(bu)斷壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)入管網(wang)補充系(xi)統(tong)的(de)(de)(de)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)降(jiang)(jiang)損失,當(dang)系(xi)統(tong)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)力(li)至設(she)(she)(she)計允(yun)許的(de)(de)(de)zui低壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)力(li)時(shi),通過(guo)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)力(li)控制器使(shi)(shi)補水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)泵(beng)(beng)重新啟動(dong)向(xiang)(xiang)管網(wang)及氣(qi)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)罐內補水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui),如此周而復始。

遠(yuan)傳控(kong)制(zhi):機(ji)組控(kong)制(zhi)柜可與樓宇(yu)自控(kong)系統連(lian)接,遠(yuan)程(cheng)控(kong)制(zhi)補(bu)水泵的啟停,并(bing)通過每臺補(bu)水泵岀(chu)口設置的水流開關,檢測補(bu)水泵的運(yun)行(xing)狀態(tai)。
