定壓補水裝置用于生產、消防、生活系統加壓供水,一般稱之為囊(nang)式(shi)自(zi)動(dong)(dong)給(gei)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)裝置(zhi)。用于(yu)(yu)采暖(nuan)、空調系(xi)統(tong)中(zhong)(zhong)作為穩壓(ya)(ya)(ya)膨脹補水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)設備(bei)使(shi)用,一般(ban)稱之為囊(nang)式(shi)落地式(shi)膨脹水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)箱(xiang)。設備(bei)在初始運行時(shi)(shi)首先啟(qi)動(dong)(dong)補水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)泵(beng)向系(xi)統(tong)及氣壓(ya)(ya)(ya)罐(guan)內(nei)的(de)(de)(de)(de)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)室中(zhong)(zhong)充(chong)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui),系(xi)統(tong)充(chong)滿后多余(yu)的(de)(de)(de)(de)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)被(bei)擠進膠囊(nang)內(nei)。因為水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)的(de)(de)(de)(de)不可壓(ya)(ya)(ya)縮性,隨著(zhu)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)量的(de)(de)(de)(de)不斷增加,水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)室的(de)(de)(de)(de)體積(ji)也不斷的(de)(de)(de)(de)擴大而壓(ya)(ya)(ya)縮氣室,罐(guan)內(nei)的(de)(de)(de)(de)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)力(li)也不斷的(de)(de)(de)(de)升高。當壓(ya)(ya)(ya)力(li)達到設計壓(ya)(ya)(ya)力(li)時(shi)(shi),通過壓(ya)(ya)(ya)力(li)控(kong)(kong)制器使(shi)補水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)泵(beng)關(guan)閉。當系(xi)統(tong)內(nei)的(de)(de)(de)(de)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)受熱膨脹使(shi)系(xi)統(tong)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)力(li)升高超過設計壓(ya)(ya)(ya)力(li)時(shi)(shi),多余(yu)的(de)(de)(de)(de)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)通過安全閥排至(zhi)補水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)箱(xiang)循環使(shi)用,當系(xi)統(tong)中(zhong)(zhong)的(de)(de)(de)(de)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)由(you)于(yu)(yu)泄露或(huo)溫度下降(jiang)而體積(ji)縮小(xiao),系(xi)統(tong)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)力(li)降(jiang)低時(shi)(shi),膠囊(nang)中(zhong)(zhong)的(de)(de)(de)(de)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)被(bei)不斷壓(ya)(ya)(ya)入(ru)管網補充(chong)系(xi)統(tong)的(de)(de)(de)(de)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)降(jiang)損失,當系(xi)統(tong)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)力(li)至(zhi)設計允許的(de)(de)(de)(de)zui低壓(ya)(ya)(ya)力(li)時(shi)(shi),通過壓(ya)(ya)(ya)力(li)控(kong)(kong)制器使(shi)補水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)泵(beng)重新(xin)啟(qi)動(dong)(dong)向管網及氣壓(ya)(ya)(ya)罐(guan)內(nei)補水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui),如此周而復始。

遠(yuan)傳控(kong)(kong)制(zhi):機組(zu)控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)柜可與樓宇自(zi)控(kong)(kong)系統連接,遠(yuan)程控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)補水(shui)(shui)泵的啟停,并(bing)通過每臺補水(shui)(shui)泵岀口設置的水(shui)(shui)流開關,檢測補水(shui)(shui)泵的運行狀態。
